Circling not authorized south of RWY 06/24 and west of RWY 13/ Departing IFR flights shall contact JEJU delivery (126.2 Mhz) to obtain ATC clearance at 10 minutes prior to ETD and shall obtain push-back clearance and taxi instruction from JEJU ground on Mhz. 2.
