3 3 of 25 CHAPTER 1: 1.1 GENERAL The company Training Manual is issued in accordance with DRC CAA and Flight Crew Licensing requirements, and complies with the applicable elements of the Civil Aviation Authority, RACD and with the terms and conditions of the Compagnie Africaine d'aviation (CAA) Air Operator s Certificate (AOC). This manual is intended primarily for the use and guidance of the company s appointed training staff. It may be necessary for non-company personnel to carry out training and testing on the company s behalf; such arrangements must be approved by the Authority. The purpose of the Training Manual is to ensure that all personnel involved in training perform their training and checking duties in the same way, following the same procedures and using the same standards of evaluation throughout the entire training and/or checking process. The Crew Training Manager has the responsibility for the issuance of the OM in corporation with the CAA Training Center and coordination with the Corporate Documentation for successive revisions. In all cases, each member of the training staff shall be issued with a personal copy of this Part of the manual. Purpose of the manual The objective of the training manual is to outline policies pertaining to all training and checking activities in order to achieve the overall goal of the air safety by developing approved ground and flight training and evaluation to ensure flight crew member are competent to perform assigned duties. CFAC provides training and evaluation program, which are approved by DRC-AAC that consist of ground and flight training that insures flight crew members are competent to perform assigned duties, as a minimum the program is consists of continuing qualification, re- qualification, aircraft transition or conversion, upgrade to PIC and other specialized training if required. The training programs and procedures, set herein, are the tools to implement those policies. All policies shall be in accordance with the conditions contained in the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and with the relevant provisions of RACD. In addition the training manual contains the applicable national rules and regulations as well as relevant ICAO standards and procedures for Air Navigation Services. It reflects the valid company policies, regulations and procedures and is a part of the Operations Manual [ Crew Training manual (CTM)].

6 1.3 TRAINING FACILITIES Training services OPERATIONS MANUAL 6 of 25 The Main CAA Training Facilities are located on 01 Route des Poids Lourds Kingabwa/ Limete Kinshasa (DRC). Other training rooms are available in each of CAA bases. For described facilities plan refer to CAA Training Manual External Training Centers CAA has training agreements with others training centers for specifics courses. For list and locations of external training facilities, refer to appropriate agreement document in appendix of this manual such as: CRANFIELD RSA, FSC AMS, CAE ALL, SIM PARIS, ORLANDO, Airbus training centre Training Devices All types of Training Devices and facilities must have a current approval of the Authority and must be suitable for the type of training carried on. External training devices and facilities will be audited at least once every twelve calendar months by Compagnie Africaine d'aviation (CAA) Didactic Devices Description The Didactic Devices used for the carrying out of lessons and exercises meet criteria of multimedia statement, for the purpose of treat every item with more efficient devices, in function of the full attainment of the training targets. In each Training phase the fittest means to facilitate the student s learning and elevate the effort effectiveness are also used. The used devices are: For Theoretical Training Classroom equipped with blackboard, flip chart, bright blackboard, screen for projection slides and projector slides amplified from a recorder audio locked with the images, TV Monitor and Professional Video Recorder, Video Camera for evaluation of feedback, VACBI video and computer based instruction (CBT). For Practical Training Cabin and mock-up of aircraft types equipped with: doors and relative inflatable slides, emergency windows, pax oxygen system, illumination system, pax seats and encumbrances in normal proportion, emergency equipments and smoke generator in the cabin. This kind of practical training could also be organized on board of the airplane. Fireproof Room equipped with a zone for the production of real fire and extinguishing apparatus. The room must have a system for smoke removal.

11 1.5 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Company Training Director OPERATIONS MANUAL 11 of 25 The Company Training Director is responsible for the overall results and the competencies of the Compagnie Africaine d Aviation training department. The company training Director, nominated by the Company and acceptable to the Authority, will be responsible for all training in cooperation of the training center Director and all foreign training centers. Tasks in training and development: Manage all flight and ground training syllabus approved by AAC, Define and manage the training projects Develop the training policies, procedures and strategies in management of training Plan or write session and course plans Sequence and schedule training activities in short and long term for all company personnel Be in charge of the competencies of all company human resources Develop objectives and work plans Select instructional methods Assess training and development, evaluate the effectiveness of training and instruction Monitor the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of services training Maintain an understanding of training organizational priorities bring up to date the company training and procedures manual Crew Training Manager The Crew Training Manager would be responsible of flight operations training for: Training, testing, monitoring and maintaining the proficiency standards of all flight crew including specialist duties as Flight/Simulator Instructor and authorized examiners; complying with the training policy and the operating standards as laid down by the Director of Flight Operations; determining the training needs of the flight crew; supervising all training syllabi, documents, study guides and all material appropriate to the training and testing of flight crew; maintaining all flight crew records and sign the required certificates when applicable; liaise with the DRC Civil Aviation Authority on specific type training and testing matters and providing them the required copies of the Training Manual; achieving and maintaining a high level of flight safety in both Instructors and trainees with optimum cost effectiveness throughout the Flight Operations. To recommend crew for upgrading To coordinate and request DRC CAA approvals for upgrading crew (where applicable) through the office of the Crew Training Manager To plan organize and conduct periodic type training meetings

12 1.5.2 Crew Training Manager's Assistant 12 of 25 The Crew Training Manager's Deputy shall be appointed by the Director of Flight Operations, to build, maintain and direct an efficient, well trained and effective training organization within the fleet. He shall be trained in the administration and management of training Duties of Crew Training Manager's assistant To liaise with the Crew Training Manager and to ensure that he is kept up to date in training matters To assist the crew training manager in establishing and maintaining type specific training programs in accordance with approved policies as laid down in the Training Manual To assist the crew training manager in organizing and coordinating Type Recurrent Training Programs To assist the crew training manager organize and coordinate Type Conversion Training Programs To maintain Flight Operations Training records up to date To issue monthly training requirements in advance Training and Line Check TRI/LTC shall be appointed by the DFO in coordination with Crew Training Manager, and given a clear statement of their individual duties and responsibilities. Each appointee shall be responsible for: carrying out training as directed on flight crew suggesting any correction to procedures not in accordance with the Training Manual, OM Part A or B or other legal requirements, or corrections to the Training Manual according to new operational requirements Performing ground and flight/en route training Familiarizing flight crew with the latest operational procedures If holding a relevant Authorization, carrying out Instrument Rating Revalidation Checks, Operator s Proficiency Checks, Recurrent Checks and Line Checks on behalf of CAA making proposals for improving safety standards and efficiency in training and line operations Completing training and check forms promptly on completion of the training or check and forwarding the completed forms to the Crew Training Manager, in order to allow him to verify the completion of training/checking and to submit the results to the DFO Type Rating Examiner (TRE) The Compagnie Africaine d'aviation (CAA) TRE is a TRI Commander authorized by DRC CAA to conduct License Proficiency Check (LPC) and Operational Proficiency Check ( OPC), and Instrument Rating Revalidation(IR), Line Check (LC),Type rating skill test. A TRE can conduct all those training duties listed under TRI and LTC duties and is authorized to conduct and certify all checks associated with Command Courses.

13 13 of 25 Note: The TRE must TRI current, and have a valid license, and medical and commander on type with minimum 1500h on type Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) The Compagnie Africaine d'aviation (CAA) SFE is authorized by DRC CAA to carry out License Proficiency Check (LPC) and Operational Proficiency Check (OPC), Instrument Rating Revalidation (IR) and Type Rating skill test Type Rating Instructor (TRI) The Compagnie Africaine d'aviation (CAA) TRI is authorized to carry out Operational Proficiency Check (OPC), and Instrument Rating Revalidation (IR), Line Training, Type rating course and Recurrent Training Line Check (LC). A TRI can conduct all those training duties listed under LTC duties. Note: The TRI must be LTC current, and have a valid license, and medical and commander on type with minimum 1000h on type Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) A SFI, when working for the Compagnie Africaine d'aviation (CAA), is authorized by DRC CAA to carry out, Recurrent Training Type rating course on the Flight simulator Line Training Captain (LTC) A Captain, appointed by the Compagnie Africaine d'aviation (CAA) and accepted by DRC CAA as LTC, may conduct: Line Training, Line Flying under supervision of Commanders and Pilots, according to his qualification to fly on either pilot s seat and may perform the line check with the approval of DFO Training and Check Cabin Crew Cabin Crew Examiner (CCE) The CCE is a Senior Cabin Crew cleared by Authority to perform periodical training proficiency checks, both on ground and in flight, as per Authority requirements and Operator policy. The appointment is given by DRC CAA, upon specific request submitted by Crew Training Manager, taking into account the judgment of the Flight Operations Director Cabin Crews Instructor (CCI) The CCI is a Senior Cabin Crew cleared to instruct Cabin Crew Members both on ground and in flight in the cases provided by Authority approved training programs. The appointment of the CCI is released by the DRC CAA, following a specific training course, Upon request submitted by Crew Training Manager, taking into account the judgment of the Flight Operations Director.

14 Cabin Crew Supervisor (CCS) OPERATIONS MANUAL 14 of 25 A CCS is a Senior Cabin Crew Member cleared, after a specific course, to conduct operational Line Training, Line Flying/Supervision of both Cabin Crew Member and Trainee Cabin Crew Member Amount of Different Types Cabin crew members are not allowed to operate on more than three aircraft types except that, unless safety equipment and emergency procedures for at least two of the types are similar. Variant of an aircraft type are considered to be different types if they are not similar in all the following aspects: Emergency exit operation, Location and type of safety equipment, Emergency procedures. The specific content will be presented to the Authority for approval and a detailed syllabus will be at the disposal of the Authority Ground Instructor (GI) Ground Instructors have to perform the duties prescribed in the training courses. Their responsibilities include: Delivering theoretical instruction in accordance with the training syllabus Prepare the didactical material and training aids to use during the courses Prepare the documentation relative to the courses Fill up the daily classroom register Persons Authorized to Countersign Check Certificates Flight Operations Director or Deputy Center Training Manager or Deputy. Instructor Instructor and Examiner General Training staff have a personal responsibility for ensuring that the records they are required to submit are both accurate and complete. Each item of training has an objective, which should be understood, and each Training Captain/Cabin Crew must be aware of the objectives and standards required. Flight and Cabin crew nominated as: TRE, TRI, LTC,

15 15 of 25 SFE, SFI, GI CCE CCI, CCS Must satisfy the requirements of RACD 2 and 8 and are responsible according to their personal appointment and duties Selection Responsibility for the appointment of Flight and Cabin Crew training staff lies with the DFO after consultation with the Crew Training Manager, Training Center Director and, Cabin Crew Manager respectively. Training and check personnel are selected on the basis of their background, prior experience, didactical qualities and qualifications and their motivation. The DFO, the Crew Training Manager, the Training Center Director, the Cabin Crew Manager (as appropriate) will review the background and experience. Prior to appointment to a training position, candidates will be checked in those duties applicable to the appointment Qualification as Examiner General Examiners shall hold a license and rating at least equal to the license or rating for which they are authorized to conduct skill tests or proficiency checks and, unless specified otherwise, the privilege to instruct for this license or rating. They are qualified to act as PIC or Cabin Crew, as applicable, of the airplane during a skill test or proficiency check and meet the applicable experience requirements. The applicant for an examiner authorization conducts at least one skill test in the role of an examiner for which authorization is sought, including briefing, conduct of the skill test, and assessment of the applicant to whom the skill test is given, debriefing and recording or documentation. This Examiner Authorization Acceptance Test will be supervised by an inspector of DRC CAA or by a senior examiner specifically authorized by DRC CAA for this purpose. Provided that they meet the qualification and experience for each role undertaken, examiners are not confined to a single role. In licenses where revalidation entries may be made by the examiner, the examiner will: complete the following details: ratings, date of check, valid until, authorization number and signature; submit the original of the skill test/proficiency check form to the issuing Authority and hold one copy of the check form to the Company.

16 16 of Period of Validity An examiner s authorization is valid until the date indicated on the authorization. Examiners are re-authorized at DRC CAA discretion Type Rating Examiner (TRE) Privileges The privileges of a TRE are to conduct: License Proficiency Checks (LPC) for revalidation and renewal Type and Instrument Ratings (IR) and Operator s Proficiency Checks (OPC), Line Check and Type rating skill tests Give theoretical instructions/test to on-going training personnel as required in the hereby Manual. Requirements The minimum requirements for authorization as Type Rating Examiners (TRE) are as follows: No accident/incident on record A valid ATPL Total hours: 4000 with 1500 h on type Qualified to act as PIC on airplane type Current or previous compliance with TRI authorization requirement Witness and conduct Proficiency Checks under the supervision Successfully complete an approved standardization Course. Training The standardization course should include at least the following instructions: Familiarization with the relevant legislation, record keeping and documentation Flight simulator training, including the Operator Proficiency Check Be familiar with the operation of the flight simulator Witness and conduct Operator Proficiency Checks under the supervision of the Crew Training Manager or his deputy Fundamentals of human performance and limitations relevant to flight examination Fundamentals of evaluation relevant to examinee s performance RADC and related Implementation Procedures Quality System as related to RACD. TRE Authorization The applicant for an examiner authorization shall have conducted at least one skill test in the role of an examiner for which authorization is sought, including briefing, conduct of the skill test, and assessment of the applicant to whom the skill test is given, debriefing and recording/documentation. This Examiner Authorization Acceptance Test will be supervised by an Inspector of DRC CAA or by an Examiner specifically authorized by DRC CAA for this purpose.

17 17 of 25 Reauthorization and Renewal TRE may be reauthorized in accordance with RACD to be reauthorized the Examiner shall have conducted at least two skill tests or proficiency checks in every yearly period within the three-year authorization period. One of the skill tests or proficiency checks must be supervised by an Inspector of Authority or by a Senior Examiner specially authorized for this purpose. For renewal of an expired authorization an applicant must reapply to the DRC CAA Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) Privileges The privileges of a SFE are to conduct, in a flight simulator of multi-pilot airplanes: Give theoretical instructions/test to on-going training personnel as required in the hereby Manual License Proficiency Checks (LPC) for revalidation Type and Instrument Ratings (IR) and Operator s Proficiency Checks (OPC), RACD Requirements Personnel selected as Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) must meet the following minimum requirements: Total hours: 3000 A valid SFI authorization Qualified as PIC on the airplane used on checks Witness and conduct Proficiency Checks under the supervision Successfully complete an approved standardization Course. Training The standardization course should include at least the following instructions: Familiarization with the relevant legislation, record keeping and documentation Flight simulator training, including the Operator Proficiency Check Be familiar with the operation of the flight simulator Witness and conduct Operator Proficiency Checks under the supervision of the Crew Training Manager or his deputy Fundamentals of human performance and limitations relevant to flight examination Fundamentals of evaluation relevant to examinee s performance RADC and related Implementation Procedures Quality System as related to RACD. SFE Authorization The applicant for an examiner authorization shall have conducted at least one skill test in the role of an examiner for which authorization is sought, including briefing, conduct of the skill test and assessment of the applicant to whom the skill test is given, debriefing and recording/documentation. This Examiner Authorization Acceptance Test will be supervised by an Inspector of DRC CAA or by an Examiner specifically authorized by DRC CAA for this purpose.

18 18 of 25 Revalidation and Renewal For revalidation of an SFE authorization the applicant shall have completed a supervised examiner skill test within the last year of authorization. For renewal of an expired authorization an applicant must reapply to the DRC CAA Cabin Crew Examiner (CCE) Privileges The privileges of a CCE are: To perform the functions of Authority check administration expert related to the release, renewal and restoration of the professional license To be cleared by Authority to perform the qualification checks for the restoration of the professional license Give theoretical and practice instructions to on-going training personnel as required in the hereby Manual. Requirements Personnel selected as Cabin Crew Examiner (CCE) must meet the following minimum requirements: Holding the professional license (APSE/AFS) since at least 10 years Having been Cabin Crew Instructor (CCI) for at least one year Successfully completing an approved standardization Course. Training The standardization course should include at least the following instructions: Familiarization with the relevant legislation, record keeping and documentation Fundamentals of human performance and limitations relevant to flight examination Fundamentals of evaluation relevant to examinee s performance RADC and related Implementation Procedures Quality System as related to RACD. CCE Authorization The applicant for an examiner authorization shall have conducted at least one skill test in the role of an examiner for which authorization is sought, including briefing, conduct of the skill test and assessment of the applicant to whom the skill test is given, debriefing and recording/documentation. This Examiner Authorization Acceptance Test will be supervised by an Inspector of DRC CAA or by an Examiner specifically authorized by DRC CAA for this purpose. Revalidation and Renewal For revalidation of a CCE authorization the applicant shall have completed a supervised examiner skill test within the last year of authorization. For renewal of an expired authorization an applicant must reapply to the DRC CAA.

19 1.5.7 Qualification as Instructor General OPERATIONS MANUAL 19 of 25 All Instructors hold at least the license, rating and qualification for which instruction is being given (unless specified otherwise) and are entitled to act as pilot-in-command of the airplane during such training or Cabin Crew in charge, as applicable. Provided that they meet the qualification and experience requirements for each role undertaken, instructors are not confined to a single role. Applicants for further instructor ratings may be credited with the teaching and learning skills already demonstrated for the instructor rating held. The Instructor s categories recognized in CAA organization are: Type Rating Instructor Rating (TRI) Synthetic Flight Instructor Authorization (SFI) Line Training Captain (LTC) Ground Instructors (GI) Cabin Crew Instructor (CCI) Period of Validity All instructor ratings and authorizations are valid for a period of three years. An applicant who fails to achieve a pass in all sections of a proficiency check before the expiry date of an instructor rating shall not exercise the privileges of that rating until the proficiency check has successfully been completed Type Rating Instructor (TRI) Privileges The privileges of the holder of a TRI/SFI rating are to instruct Pilots for the issue of: Give recurrent training on simulator, Operator Proficiency Check(OPC) which authorized by Civil aviation, Line check, Give theoretical instructions/checks to on-going training personnel as required in the hereby Manual. Requirements Personnel selected, on first application, as Type Rating Instructors must meet the following minimum requirements: No accident on record OPC, Line Training and Line Check A valid ATPL At least 3000 hours total flight time with 1500 on type Completed, within the 12 months preceding the application, at least 30 route sectors, to include takeoff and landings as Pilot-In-Command/LTC on the applicable airplane type of which not more than 15 sectors may be completed in an approved flight simulator (STD).

20 20 of 25 Training The candidate will be trained and checked in the following subjects: Familiarization with the relevant legislation, record keeping and documentation Flight simulator training flown from the right-hand seat, including the Proficiency Check and test items flown from the right-hand seat Conducting a minimum of 6 sectors flying the airplane from both the left and right hand seats under the supervision of the DFO or Crew Training Manager or his delegate Being assessed on a Line Check under the supervision of the DFO or Crew training Manager or his delegate Successfully complete the appropriate TRI course Witness, and participate under supervision, training on the flight simulator and airplane. Revalidation and Renewal For revalidation of a TRI rating, the applicant will, within the last 12 months of the validity period of the authorization: conduct one simulator session of at least 3 hours as part of a complete type rating/refresher/recurrent training course or one air exercise of at least 1 hour comprising a minimum of 2 takeoffs and landings; or receive TRI refresher training acceptable by DRC CAA. If the rating has lapsed the applicant will have: completed within the 12 months preceding the application at least 30 route sectors, to include takeoffs and landings as pilot-in-command or co-pilot on the applicable airplane type, or a similar type as agreed DRC CAA, of which not more than 15 sectors may be completed in a flight simulator; successfully completed the relevant parts of an approved TRI course, agreed by DRC CAA, taking into account the recent experience of the applicant; and conducted on an Operator s conversion course at least 3 hours of flight instruction related to the duties of a TRI on the applicable type of airplane and/or flight simulator, under the supervision and to the satisfaction of a TRI notified by DRC CAA for this purpose Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) Privileges The privileges of the holder of a SFI authorization are to carry out synthetic flight instruction for: The instruction required for multi-crew cooperation Give theoretical instructions to on-going training personnel as required in the hereby Manual.

21 21 of 25 Requirements Personnel selected as Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) must meet the following minimum requirements: Hold or have held a DRC CAA professional pilot license or professional license acceptable to the Authority. Have at least total flight time Successfully completed a TRI course at an approved FTO or TRTO Have completed within a period of 12 months, preceding the application, a proficiency check on a flight simulator of the applicable type Have completed within a period of 12 months, preceding the application, at least 3 (three) route sectors as an observer on the flight deck of the applicable type. Training Personnel selected as SFI will be trained with the following items: Familiarization with the relevant legislation, record keeping and documentation Flight simulator training Witness and participate under supervision, training on the flight simulator and airplane as appropriate Conducting during an Operator s conversion course at least of 3 hours of flight instructor related to the duties of TRI on the applicable flight simulator under the supervision and to the satisfaction of a qualified TRI, notified by the DRC CAA for this purpose. Revalidation and Renewal For revalidation of a SFI authorization the applicant will, within the last 12 months of the validity period of the authorization: Conduct one simulator session of at least 3 hours as part of a complete type rating/refresher/recurrent training course or Have completed a proficiency check on a flight simulator of the appropriate type. If the authorization has expired the applicant will have: Complete the simulator content of the applicable type-rating course Successfully complete an approved TRI course as agreed by DRC CAA Conduct on an Operator s conversion course at least 3 hours of flight instruction related to the duties of a TRI on the applicable flight simulator under the supervision of a TRI notified by DRC CAA for this purpose.

22 Line Training Captain (LTC) OPERATIONS MANUAL 22 of 25 Privileges A Line Training Captain is authorized to perform his duties in flight only if seated on the left side unless qualified to operate from the right seat after the Either Pilot Seat Operation Training. If qualified to operate from the right seat, the annual Simulator and Line Checks must test his fitness to fly both from left and right seat. The privileges of a LTC are: Fly as PIC with pilots (either Captain or Co-pilot) in line flying under supervision Fly as PIC during a Command Course, in accordance with the hereby Manual Give theoretical/ practical instructions to on-going training personnel as required in the hereby manual. Line Check with approval of DFO and Line Training Requirements Personnel selected as Line Training Captains must meet the following minimum requirements: Hold the ATPL, rating and qualification for which instruction is being given and entitled to act as pilot-in-command of the airplane during such training A minimum of 3000 hours total flight time Within the 12 months preceding the application, have completed at least 60 route sectors, to include takeoffs and landings as Pilot-In-Command on the applicable airplane type, of which not more than 15 sectors may be completed in an approved flight simulator. Training Pilot selected as LTC will be trained with the following items: Familiarization with the relevant legislation, record keeping and documentation. Flight simulator training, including the Proficiency Check or test items flown from the right-hand seat for CAA Aircrafts Type or Aircraft Training and Checking. Conducting a minimum of 6 sectors flying the airplane from both the left and right hand seats under the supervision of the Crew Training Manager or his delegate. Being assessed under the supervision of the DFO or Crew Training Manager. Either seat training will comprise maneuvers: 1. Aborted T/O 2. T/O Engine failure at V1 3. ILS FD Approach OEO 4. Go-around 1500 ft pattern 5. Visual pattern 6. Landing OEO 7. CRM/SOP Note: simulated Emergency situation for training shall not be performed during flights.

23 23 of 25 Revalidation and Renewal Revalidation of a LTC is granted in respecting of the CAA Recurrent Training and Checking Cabin Crew Instructor (CCI) Privileges The privileges of the holder of a CCI authorization are to carry out synthetic flight instruction for: the instruction required for multi-crew cooperation give theoretical instructions to on-going training personnel as required in the hereby Manual. Requirements Personnel selected as Cabin Crew Instructor (CCI) must meet the following minimum requirements: Holding the professional license since at least 5 years Successfully completing an approved standardization course. Training The standardization course should include at least the following instructions: Familiarization with the relevant legislation, record keeping and documentation Fulfillment of a type rating training for the airplane which shall be trained Training on the Compagnie Africaine d'aviation (CAA) didactic methods and SEPT Witness and participate under supervision in initial, conversion, recurrent and refresher training sessions on ground, cabin simulator and airplane as appropriate. After completing the course and before to submit the appointment request to Authority, the candidate must successfully pass an Operator theoretical and practical exam. The committee is composed at least by three members included Cabin Crew Manager, DFO, Crew Training Manager or delegates. Revalidation and Renewal For revalidation of a CCI authorization the applicant shall have completed a supervised trainer skill test within the last year of authorization. For renewal of an expired authorization an applicant must reapply to the DRC CAA Ground Instructor (GI) Privileges Ground Instructors (GI) are nominated in order to perform all the ground duties prescribed in the training courses. Requirements The personnel employed to develop the task of Ground Instructor must overcome a selective passage prepared by Human Resources Department, realized then jointly with Director of Flight Operations, Crew Training Manager, CAA Training Center, Quality and Safety representative.

24 24 of 25 The selection process has the purpose to verify the possession of the specific requirements of the candidates. The following are requirements needed by an applicant Ground Instructor: Associate Degree Level or Equivalent High Cultural Level Good ability of oral and written expression Good ability in free-hand drawing Knowledge of technical English language (level 4 min). Preferential Qualifications The following are a list of preferential qualifications for GI: Possession of flying licenses, Commander or First Officer Senior Flight Attendant, Engineer, Technician or Qualified Dispatcher Possession of certificates to aeronautical trend or electronic/computer science Have worked with commercial airlines in quality of Technical Office Teaching experience already acquired (FTO TRTO University).
