At the harbour all tickets are offered in Danish Kroner. If you wish to pay in Euro, the Danish price will be converted into a Euro price. The exchange rate is 7.24.

4 TICKET INFORMATION Ticket types Standard Ticket - Can be changed until departure. Payment All tickets must be paid upon booking by credit card. It is also possible to buy tickets at the port. Refund - Month Travel Passes are non-refundable. - Annual Travel Passes can be partially refunded: When making these up, the price of a Month Travel Pass is deducted for each commenced month. A handling fee of 10 EUR is also deducted Trip Tickets can be refunded up to 2 months after the last validity date. When making up a partly used 10 Trip Ticket, the ordinary ticket price per trip realized at the particular time, is deducted. A handling fee of 10 EUR is deducted. - All other tickets are refundable minus a handling fee of 10 EUR for vehicle tickets and 4 EUR for foot passenger tickets, when the tickets are cancelled before departure. If the tickets are cancelled after departure, they are refundable minus a handling fee of 20% of the ticket price (However min. 10 EUR for vehicle tickets and 4 EUR for foot passenger tickets). You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 24 hours from time of payment. If you withdraw from a purchase, you will have the full amount refunded free of charge. The right of withdrawal applies for all types of tickets. Validity No ticket can be refunded later than 3 months from departure date. 10 Trip Tickets are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Ticket Inspection According to Færgen s Terms of Carriage ticket inspection is performed. If you are unable to present a valid ticket upon inspection, you will be charged with a fee of DKK 600. The fee must be paid together with a new valid ticket. Definition of a passenger car Permissible maximum weight up to 3,500 kg. Cars with permissible weight over 3,500 kg are regarded as trucks/coaches. Definition of a camper Vehicles registered for use as habitation with permissible weight up to 3,500 kg pay the price as a camper, by length. A camper with permissible weight over 3,500 kg also pays the price as camper, if the vehicle from the factory is built and first registered as camper. Vehicles with permissible weight over 3,500 kg, which differs from the definition of camper are regarded as trucks. 5 CHECK-IN Check-in time: No later than 15 minutes before departure. The reservation will be annulled if the check-in time is not observed. At check- in the exact number of persons in the vehicle must be entered. After check- in this number cannot be changed. By ticket inspection an incorrect number of persons in the vehicle will result in a fee.
