3 Detailed Itinerary Sugarbush Resort - Portillo Ski Week 2018 Day 1 Thursday August 2, 2017 Home - Santiago Meals: Overnight International Flight to Santiago Day 2 Friday August 3, 2017 Santiago Meals: Upon arrival in Santiago, you will be greeted at the airport by a guide and transferred to your hotel for check in. Note: Check in to the hotel is at 3 pm. Early check in may be available directly at the hotel subject to availability. One may store their luggage at the hotel until the time that they are ready to check in. Wine Walks: Urban Food, Wine, and Culture Tour Begin at the popular Avenida Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins. Head to Providencia, El Golf neighborhood and Bicentenario where beautiful green parks and a very modern architecture characterize the neighborhood. Then visit the Bellavista neighborhood, known for its cultural and gastronomic side, to explore its characteristic cafes and theaters. Take the opportunity to climb the mythical Cerro San Cristobal. From there appreciate the most wonderful and stunning 360 views of the city from the statue of the Virgin of the Immaculate Conception. Next, make a stop to sample some Chilean wines. Enjoy a brief review of each wine accompanied by delicious toasts and a tray with different kinds of cheese of national production and domestic and imported cold cuts. Finish your tour in the historic quarter of the city, walking past the Museum of Fine Arts, the Main Square and the Metropolitan Cathedral, and Presidential Palace.

4 Day 3 Saturday August 4, 2017 Santiago - Portillo Meals: B,L,D At the appropriate time, you will be met at your hotel and transferred to Portillo Ski Resort. The resort is approximately two hours from Santiago. Upon arrival, check into the hotel and spend the rest of the day at your leisure. Portillo Ski Day After arrival with your newly made friends and van companions, you can safely store your gear in the cinema until 2 p.m. (when your room will be ready), while you go ahead and hit the slopes. Take a walk around the hotel if you haven't visited Portillo before, and make sure you find the game room and full-court gymnasium on the lower level. On Saturday evenings the hotel offers tours of their facilities; take the tour to get acquainted with all they have to offer - you'll be glad you did.

5 Day 4 Sunday August 5, 2017 Portillo Meals: B,L,D Portillo Ski Day Begin your first full day skiing Portillo with John Egan. The ski area features 1235 acres of ski-able terrain, 14 lifts and 35 runs. Beginner and intermediate runs are groomed nightly, off-piste runs are challenging and steep, and the powder is often deep. The bowls and shoots perfectly collect the light, dry snow and the above-tree-line landscape turns into a white playground. Pair this with frequently sunny, blue skies and it is easy to understand why many guests, even professional skiers, say they've had some of their best ski days at Portillo. Following your day on the mountain, at about 7 p.m. head to the Welcome Cocktail Party in the living room. It is a good occasion to meet fellow guests, ski and snowboard school instructors, and Portillo executive staff, while sipping a pisco sour or two! Day 5 Monday August 6, 2017 Portillo Meals: B,L,D Portillo Ski Day Ski all day; take lessons or a training/guiding session. Enjoy a lunch break before heading back out, or take an afternoon off and lounge poolside. Apresski activities could include a volleyball game in the gym, a workout in the fitness center, a massage or a combo of all three. Every evening you'll find live music in the bar and other guests who are ready to join in the fun. If you feel like keeping the party going, head to the disco and dance the night away.

6 Day 6 Tuesday August 7, 2017 Portillo Meals: B,L,D Portillo Ski Day After breakfast at the hotel, hit the slopes again for another great day of skiing. Portillo's trails are groomed nightly, turning the Plateau, Juncalillo, Descenso, Bajada del Tren, and other runs into perfect corduroy before morning. Beginners, intermediates and advanced skiers can appreciate the attention Portillo pays to its slope maintenance and grooming when they take their first turns every morning. Even better - there is never a lift line in Portillo. They limit the number of day tickets sold and with only 450 resort guests, it's always smooth sailing on the mountain. Day 7 Wednesday August 8, 2017 Portillo Meals: B,L,D Portillo Ski Day Over the past 60 years, Portillo has earned a reputation as an excellent destination for skiers and snowboarders from all over the world. The snow quality in Portillo is excellent and is often likened to that of the Rocky Mountains. Skiers of all skill-levels find what they are looking for on our mountain and come back year after year. Using either our Roca Jack, Condor, Vizcachas or Cara Cara lifts, skiers and snowboarders can traverse - weather and avalanche risks permitting - to renowned off-piste terrain such as the Primavera and Kilometro Lanzado runs. If you re feeling up to it, a Portillo guide can show you the terrain. Remember, never ski off-piste alone.

7 Day 8 Thursday August 9, 2017 Portillo Meals: B,L,D Portillo Ski Day On Thursdays, Portillo hosts a giant slalom course on the lower plateau where you can race in the Sol de Portillo, a ski school race on the Puma run and a beginner's race on the Corralito run. You may take race lessons earlier in the week from one of the instructors. The race is just for fun, and there is an awards ceremony in the living room on Thursday night for all competitors and guests to enjoy. Day 9 Friday August 10, 2017 Portillo Meals: B,L,D Portillo Ski Day Today, enjoy another full day skiing Portillo. On Friday nights, the Ski School performs an entertaining torchlight parade on our Plateau run. Perfect views of the spectacle are available from the living room terrace and the guest lakeside rooms. This evening, enjoy the parade - or with permission from the ski school director, join it! Friday night is a celebratory night with lots of action at the bar and the disco because the next day is the final vacation day for most guests. Day 10 Saturday August 11, 2017 Portillo - Santiago - Home Meals: B,L Depart Portillo and Transfer to Santiago Airport Today is your final morning at Portillo. If you can check out before 10 a.m., Portillo will gladly store your luggage while you enjoy an eighth day of skiing for free. At the appropriate time, transfer back to the Santiago airport for your international flight home or to connect with the Yampu add-on of your choice. International Flight Home

All lake crossing services require a passport copy. Please provide us with a copy of your passport at your earliest convenience. Health & Wellness Chile If you are visiting Atacama during your tour you will be visiting high altitude areas. 13 Yampu Terms & Conditions Booking Conditions Airport taxes, passport and visa fees are not included in this invoice. Valid passport is required for travel in the country of destination, and a visa may also be needed (American citizens always require a visa for Brazil). Your passport also needs to be valid at least 6 months after your return date from trip. Vaccinations may also be required, especially if traveling to rural areas or the Amazon region. Please check with your local Center for Disease Control and Prevention. It is the sole responsibility of traveler to make sure that he/ she complies with all passport, visa and vaccination requirements. Client Documents The U.S. State Department strongly recommends that all minors that will not be traveling with both parents carry a notarized letter of authorization from the non-traveling parent authorizing travel abroad. Letter should include details like dates of travel, children's names and dates of birth and will be traveling with them. When a parent is deceased, a notarized copy of the death certificate is required. A valid passport is required to travel and should have at least 6 months validity after your return home. You should also have at least 2 blank pages per country that you are visiting. Kontiki Tours & Travel (DBA Yampu Tours) assumes no responsibility if client is refused boarding of a plane or entry into a country. Conditions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to vary itineraries or substitute hotels of similar standard if unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make these necessary. Payment Yampu requires a minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour cost plus the full cost of the international airfare unless more is required for the purchase of domestic airfare, cruises and special hotels. Balance will be due 90 days prior to departure. Non-payment of balance on due date may forfeit all amounts paid and may result in immediate cancellation of booking. Bookings made within 90 days of travel will require full payment upon confirmation of services.

14 Yampu Terms & Conditions Cancellation Policy Any changes or cancellations made more than 90 days prior to departure will result in the loss of $500 per person plus any penalties involved in the cancellation or change of the airline ticket, cruise or hotel/lodge. All airline tickets are issued immediately upon confirmation of services, and all deposits to cruises and hotels/lodges are also placed upon confirmation. Any changes or cancellations made within 90 days of departure, may result in the loss of the amount paid, and will be assessed on an individual basis. Cancellation of any trip that has been requested but not yet confirmed will also result in the loss of $500 per person.
