In the Spotlight Steve Crabill, VP of business development, Hotel Equities Group Crabill previously worked at Hilton Worldwide Holdings as VP and managing director of franchise development, with a focus on Hilton brands in the southeastern U.S. Executives David Thorpe, managing director of design and construction, Silverwest Hotels 9 February 2016 Thorpe recently served as VP at Shaw Construction in Denver. In his new role, Thorpe will be responsible for overseeing Silverwest s nearly $40 million of renovations. Susan Weigel Guimbellot, VP of revenue management and channel strategy, Hospitality Ventures Management Group Guimbellot s most recent position was VP of revenue management and distribution for Denihan Hospitality Group. She also has experience with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, American Airlines and Delta Airlines. Matt Engel, managing director, T.R. Engel Group Engel was promoted to his new position from SVP. He has prior experience in asset management and will remain a managing principal for T.R. Engel Group Middle East.
