Use the buddy system. Kids under 18 are not permitted in the facilities prior to 10am 14 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult when using any of our facilities. Children 6 years of age and under may not use the hot tub, sauna or steam room.

Registration is limited to owners and registered guests. This event is geared for ages 8 years and older. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Meet at the Lower Glaze Meadow Golf parking lot (South end of Ponderosa) Participants are responsible for renting/ bringing their own equipment on the day of the event. Snow shoes and skis are available to rent (first come, first serve) from the GMRC Rental Shop ( ) or at outdoor outfitters in Sisters. Bring: waterproof winter boots, snowshoes or skis, flashlight or headlamp, warm clothing (including hat, jacket and gloves) and a water bottle.

9 Black Butte Ranch has 18 miles of paved bike paths, as well as the nature trail and groomed ski/snowshoe trails along the golf courses. The Rental Shop rents snowshoes and cross country skis. They also sell sleds and other winter gear. In addition the Glaze Meadow Rental Shop has the new fatbikes for winter trail riding. Fatbikes use an extra large wheel to provide flotation, traction, and stability on loose and inconsistent terrain. They re great fun in the snow! SKI & SNOWSHOEING Enjoy groomed ski tracks at Big Meadow Golf Course, Glaze Meadow and other locations on the Ranch. 6 of snow is needed before skiing or snowshoeing is permitted on the golf courses Help protect the course! Skiing and Snowshoeing is allowed on the groomed trail along Big Meadow and Glaze Meadow golf course when there is at least six inches of snow. Please stay off the greens.
