If there is lawful consent for the building, why has this been permitted when a planning officer has criticised the lack of properly constructed passing bays and planning consent has been refused on this basis (P/2017/0443) The original application on P/2010/0768 was given a consent for a non fishing lake. A councillor has been informed that construction will go forth this year on a commercial fishing lake. Has the type of consent been altered to reflect this. 9 received relating to an event Name: Nicki Lloyd Message: Dear Mr Evans Further to our telephone conversation I am the event lead for our Wheelie Big Cycle ride. The event this year will be held on Sunday 15th July. This is the fifth year of the cycle ride. Cyclists have the choice of 4 routes. The longer 93 mile route has meant that the cyclists have travelled on the A44 through Penybont. This year I have changed the route to make it 100 miles. This means that mileage wise I need to add in a water/feed station around the Penybont area. The lay-by I mentioned to you is ideally situated mileage wise. It is the one on the left as you travel back towards Herefordshire before the cattle grid. Thank you saying that it is ok for us to drop off a quantity of water and some snacks for the cyclists to have should they want to stop. They will be left an appropriate place at the lay-by so as not to be a hazard. Anything that is left will be picked up by one of the support event vehicles in the afternoon.
