The reason for this is the law in Thailand. Information about arrival You will need to inform Vidar Sandvik, vsandvi@broadpark.no - what time your arrival and departure to the condo is. Normally you will use 2 hours from your flight lands (arrival time) to you reach the condo. Checkin time is after 2PM, and check out time is before 11 AM. We will wait for maximum 2 hours after your scheduled check in time. In case you have a need for other check-in and out times, please contact us, and we will be flexible as long as not other guests are staying there. 2 How to get there from the airport Print out this Brochure and bring with you. We advise to take a taxi, as this is fast and inexpensive, about 350 baths. Show the map and the address in this Brochure to the taxi driver. The below map will help the taxi driver to get to the condo. The correct address is: Sukhumwit Soi 107 (Bang-Na), Bearing So1, CassiaCondo. When you arrive to the condo, check with the security in the condo that you are at the right address before you pay the taxi driver, as not all taxi drivers can be trusted fully. In case you drive yourself and have a GPS the coordinates are 13 39'29.1"N and '22.3"E When you arrive to the condo Kea ( ) will be in the condo from your scheduled check-in time and wait for max 2 hours. When you get to the condo you will need to call Kea as she will be waiting in the apartment and there is no door calling system in the condo. You will need to give her your copy of the passport. 3 Check Out When checking out please leave the key in the mailbox with the same number as the apartment. You will se this number outside the door of the apartment. Mailbox 77/39 for apartment 77/39 and Mailbox 55/18 for apartment 55/18. In case we are there at check out you can give the key to us. Internet Internet is free. The WiFi access point to use True_homewifi_6AB and password is H, (zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, seven, zero, capital H). In case you have problems with WiFi contact Kea ( ) for assistance. Swimming, fitness and laundry Swimming pool for adults and kids as well as fitness can be found on the ground floor and is free. The washing machine and dryer in the apartement is free but in case you want laundry serviced there is a laundry on the ground floor. 4 Fantasy Spa can offer you foot massage, Thai massage, face treatments, manicure and pedicure. It is a clean and inexpensive place where you can relax. There is also a spa next to the stairs leading up to the Bearing BTS station. There is also a nice restaurant by the stairs. The Dish is a nice, inexpensive, fast and clean family restaurant that serves both Thai and International food. 5 In case you do not have your own laptop and need access to Internet you can visit the Internet Cafe nearby. They can also print and copy papers for you. At the Family Mart or even closer 7-11 you can buy juice, milk, bread, coffee, jam, drinks (including liqueur), toilet paper, soap and most of the things you need for breakfast and refreshment. In case you need a better selection take a taxi to the near by Lotus or BigC store. On the Mu Ban Thep Naruemit road you will find several nice restaurants. On the corner of Mu Ban Thep Naruemit road and Bearing road you will find a large nice Thai Karaoke restaurant. This place is very inexpensive with a nice atmosphere. Ideal for families. The menu is Thai, but they have English speaking personnel s. Further down the Mu Ban Thep Naruemit road you will find the Viking restaurant. Usually they have bands playing heavy rock music inside, but outside by the pool it is quiet. The menu is Thai but they have Englishspeaking personnel s. Even further down there is a very nice restaurant. In case you want more fancy restaurants you will need to take the sky train to city centre.
