In case of an emergency between 8 pm and 8am please contact Jose by the security office. (located by the main entrance-gate) All the Villas have Safe Boxes and we encourage you to use them. We are not responsible for any lost jewelry or other valuables. Please note: Our property is equipped with surveillance cameras.

14 Pool Towels Movie Rentals We have movies available at the Office free of Charge. Please come down and check out our selection, Once you have made your selection bring it to the desk to get the DVD. There will be a $5 deposit that will be returned to you when you bring the movie back to the desk. BOOK EXCHANGE If you want to exchange, donate or borrow a book, you are welcome to look at our selection found underneath the TV in the office. These are books that we have been collecting and exchanging from our guests.

15 Onsite Services & Regulation WIFI CONNECTION No charge internet access at the office. Phone Calls free of charge at the office to Canada and USA Luggage Storage, short term storage before check-in and after check-out. In-Room Extras including DVD players, full sized kitchens, coffee, safes, bottled water, and hair dryers. Quiet time at 11:00pm to 7:00am. No Visitors allowed after 8:00pm. Gate must be closed at all times except for Friday check in. No pets allowed

16 ROOM OR SAFE KEYS Keep Passport at resort. Please take good care of your Room Keys. In the event that you lose a Key, a $25.00 CDN fee will apply to replace it. DRINKING WATER Our tap water is suitable for drinking. Upon your arrival, you will find a complementary 19 Liters jug of Drinking water. Additional water jug are free. Please do not waste tap water unnecessarily. Please report as well to the front office any leaking faucets or running toilets so we can take care of it immediately.

17 ONSITE AMENITIES Fitness Area: Equipment is located by 4A If you find that your unit is short any supplies, please report missing items immediately to the Front Desk or return check in inventory sheet back to the Front Desk within 24 hours of your arrival and we will ensure the reported items are delivered to your Villa. We also ask that you report any noticeable damage that would have occurred in the villa prior to your arrival that we may have missed.

Also, on top of Villa 2A, and Behind Villa 4B. Please reserve it so we can ensure you have sufficient propane, plastic cups and plates. Please stop by the office for help

22 Pool Rules & Regulations Public Education Any person with diarrhea or a history of diarrhea over the previous 2 weeks must not use the pool facility. Young children, 35 months and under, and anyone who is incontinent must wear protective, water-resistant swimwear in order to minimize the introduction of contamination. Time in the whirlpool, is to be limited to 10 minutes. Body temperature of children under 2 years rises very quickly and should be closely monitored to avoid cardiovascular effects. Pregnant women, persons with heart disease, hypertension, seizures, diabetes and obesity or those greater than 65 years of age should consult with their physician. Please contact the front desk for any assistance or concerns. First Aid is available at Front Desk. Our facility is operated under Canadian Health Standards.

23 Pool Notice Each bather must take a cleansing shower prior to entering the pool. No glass is allowed on the pool deck or in other barefoot areas. Persons on medication for high blood pressure, heart condition or other medical conditions must consult with a physician prior to use of the whirlpool or sauna. 4. NO bather may be intoxicated while using the facility. 5. NO diving is allowed. NO pets are allowed onto the premises, except for seeing eye dogs or other animal used to assist persons with disabilities. NO street shoes may be worn in wet traffic areas. These rules apply at all times due to no life guard being on duty. A. Do not swim alone. B. Children up to 14 years must be supervised. No lifeguard on duty.

26 Our Resort VILLAS DESCRIPTION 2-BDRM VILLAS (sleep 6): This unit has a Queen size bed, 2-Double beds and a Queen size Futon, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and a large balcony with the most spectacular Panoramic view of the City, Marina and Cabo San Lucas Bay. 1-BDRM VILLAS (sleep 4): This unit has a Queen or King Size bed, a queen size Futon, full size bathroom, full kitchen, small living room. All units have full size balconies except for our lower two villas 6B & 7B. Our resort consists of: 5 x 2 Bedroom units 7x 1 Bedroom Units

27 We will refill any paper supplies; toilette, kitchen, etc. Resort Housekeeping No Housekeeping Service Sunday BAJA DESERT DUST Full Housekeeping Service From Monday to Saturday You will have clean bath towels upon arrival, your maid will change bath towels again on Monday, Wednesday and of course on Friday. POOL AND BEACH TOWELS MUST BE SIGNED OUT AT THE DESK. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $ CDN. dollar FOR UNRETURNED TOWELS. To exchange Pool towels please bring them to the office. Please do not use towels to sweep or mop the floor. Stained linen will be charged to you. BED LINENS WILL BE CHANGED ON TUESDAY.

28 LAUNDRY SERVICE For your convenience Laundry Service is available. The same maid that cleans your villa can do your laundry as well. The cost is $10.00 USD per load (1 to 13KG). Please bring your dirty laundry down to the office in a plastic bag. If brought down early in the morning, greater the chance that it will be ready before your maid finishes her shift; or the next day, at the latest.

29 Air Condition Please turn OFF the air condition When you are NOT in Room Room will cool quickly If you run the air condition all the time, unit will not cool.

30 Other Info NO SMOKING in the units at all times. We ask this as a COURTESY to our other guests. TIPS Tips or gratuities are not included in your maintenance fees, If you are satisfied with the service we have provided and you wish to tip somebody within our staff, you are welcome to do so. We recommend you do this at the end of your stay. MONEY EXCHANGE We do not have a Money Exchange program in place. The best place to do this will be at a Bank; the closest one being located at: Lazaro Cardenas in the Corner of Cabo San Lucas St. Santander also has an ATM open 24hrs. This machine dispenses pesos. Most of the ATM s are located on bank sites or inside some of the big stores such as Costco, Wal-Mart, City Club,& SAMS. To Cash Foreign currency at a bank, please make sure that you bring your Passport to be able to perform said operation.

38 Departure Procedure TRANSPORTATION TO AIRPORT The resort does not provide transportation to the airport. Please ask the office about Taxi fares. The taxis in the area are very safe. We recommend you sign up in the office to share a taxi cost, if possible. The Taxi cost back to the airport is $75.00 U.S for 1-4 people. For any additional person the cost will be up to $15.00 U.S each. CHECK OUT TIME 10 am FOOD LEFT OVERS You can leave any remaining food in your rooms and the maids will take care of it. THANK YOU
