2 How to read Appendix A2 project listings: The project listings in Appendix A2 (for all tables) identify which projects are included in the 4-year High Priority Improvement Program (Table 1), identify which projects address the Access2040 Primary Strategies (Table 2) or s (Table 3), and which projects are categorized as Regionally Significant for Air Quality Conformity purposes (Table 4). Detailed information about all projects is provided in Appendix A1, so projects listings below provide sufficient information to identify the project and how it is categorized for that table. Although this is generally standard information about projects to identify them adequately, the project tables can still be confusing for the general public.
