1 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION SECTION OF DRINKING WATER PROTECTION Prioritized List of Public Water Systems (PWS) to be Resampled The tier system will be followed as documented below, except when compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act regulations dictates a system on a lower tier be sampled earlier in the process. In the Status column, Completed means the system has been resampled and the results of the sampling are known. In Progress means the resampling has begun but the results are not yet known.
