The land-only nature of our packages lets you combine other cities in our product line and with the help of your travel agent you can drive, fly, or take the train between destinations. We Can Customize Your Plan If you don t see a plan that is just right for you, we will work with your travel agent to provide exactly what you want. Any package we offer can be modified. A complete description of each feature or tour is included in your document packet to help you plan your program and make your choices. Trip Protection Plan Protect your package investment. For a nominal cost, we can insure you against cancellation fees that may occur after your booking is confirmed; this also covers trip interruptions and other situations after travel has commenced. Here is a description: Sold Exclusively through Travel Agencies. Your best source for expert travel planning. Independent Travel. Specifically geared to customers who wish to do their own thing on their trip. Group Travel. We handle groups of all sizes, but specialize in mini-groups! We will be pleased to work with your travel planner to set up a program for your group or organization. Any Length of Stay. Arrive any day and stay as long as you want, beginning with a two night minimum; Extra Nights are always available and are shown throughout this booklet. Variety of Plans. Each length of stay has more than just one plan; for example, in New York, we have five different 3-night plans, each with a different grouping of included features. Land Only. We let your travel agency take care of the air, but we handle all the ground arrangements. Airfares change, but our published rates do not. You can count on our rates being accurate. Mix/Match. FEATURE SELECTIONS - Selections from our multiple choice vouchers may be made after arrival, with the exception of shows and optional add-ons, which you must select at time of booking. SHOW CANCELLATIONS/THEATRE POLICIES - Show cancellations are generally non-refundable. In most cases, especially with popular shows, theatres may impose fees, or full cost of ticket, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. THE MACY S THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE: For over 80 years, this parade has kicked off the holiday season with glorious bands, gigantic balloons and colorful floats. Grandstand seating is not available. The Marriott is on Broadway Avenue, right by the parade route, where you can enjoy the parade from the sidewalk.
