10 SPA Etiquette In order to enjoy your stay at the Buddha SPA we kindly request you to read carefully the following Regulation: Please book in advance your services by calling +39 (0) The SPA reception is open daily from 10 AM to 08 PM. It is highly recommended to arrive before the scheduled appointment at the SPA (about 15 minutes in advance). Please note that any delays might compromise the duration of the treatment. In order to give you the best massage experience, during the treatment, please feel free to communicate the desired pressure of the strokes. Kindly take a shower and remove your contact lenses to start any face and body massage at your arrival at the SPA. The use of swimsuit is mandatory in every area of the SPA. If you do not have it with you, it is available at the SPA shop. Kindly use a towel if you prefer to not wear a swimwear inside the Sauna or Hammam area. In order to fully enjoy the treatments, the use of mobile phones is not allowed inside the SPA, and we kindly ask you to lower your voice. The use of cameras is forbidden. Diving is forbidden. It is mandatory the use of complimentary flip flops inside the wellness center. Pets are not allowed. The access to the SPA of children and teens until 18 y.o. is limited only to the pools, and after a declaration of total assumption of responsibility is signed at the time of registration by the responsible adult who will accompany the kid. It is kindly suggested to cancel the appointment at least 24 hours before the treatment, or a 100% of the total cost will be charged. If one or more points of this regulation won t be respected, we reserve the right to ask the person to leave the center. Kindly read carefully the specific regulations posted at the reception upon the use of SPA services. To share your experience with those you love with a gift, many cosmetic products are available at the SPA shop, they can be purchased even after a personalized consultancy provided by our therapists in accordance with your specific needs.
