A refreshing shower is a good way to start off your sauna session. Relax and get used to the heat at first. After the first sauna, cool down by taking a cold shower or, if possible, go swimming. By the next sauna session relax and enjoy the heat by sitting or lying on the sauna bench. Cool down a bit after your last time in the sauna. Then you can wash off yourself. Finish your bathing with a cold shower - reviatlized and feel so good! After the sauna, you can unwind, rest and enjoy cool drinks. 1
