8 Booking Conditions What s included in your holiday price (per person) Return Economy Class international airfare from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth Cruise aboard Norwegian Sun including all meals (some speciality restaurants incur a surcharge) Pre and post cruise deluxe hotel accommodation as detailed in your itinerary Transfers between airports, hotels and piers Sightseeing tours in Santiago and Buenos Aires as detailed in your itinerary Air and hotel taxes. Costs are per adult in AUD and are based on lowest available twinshare accommodation. Single prices apply to persons travelling alone and offer sole use of cabin/room. Costs are subject to change without notice, whether or not the final balanceofyourholidayhasbeenpaid.airfares,cruiseand accommodation are subject to availability at time of booking. Flight schedules are subject to change. Does not include additional accommodation made necessary due to flight schedules. Hotels and sightseeing tours may change at any time with or without notice. Reservations and payments Once you have decided on your holiday, simply ask your Cruiseco Travel Agent to book it with us. On confirmation of your booking, a written confirmation will be sent to your Cruiseco Travel Agent. An option will be given for 7 days. Before the option expires it will be necessary for you to pay a deposit of $1,000 per person or 10% of your cruise cost, whichever is greater. This deposit secures your cruise berth. Final payment is due 120 days prior to sailing. If your booking is made within 120 days prior to sailing, full payment will be due immediately. Failure to pay the deposit by the option due date may result in the cancellation of your booking. Airfare specials may require a supplementary deposit payment. Any special meal requirements will be made on a request basis only and cannot be guaranteed. Please advise your Cruiseco Travel Agent of your requirements at time of booking. What s not included in your holiday price Airport taxes in South America, which can be levied from time to time, are payable in cash on the day of travel. Argentina Reciprocity fees must be pre-paid online prior to arrival. Please check with your Cruiseco Travel Agent. Passport and visa fees, insurances of all kinds, laundry, beverages, phone calls, items of a personal nature, optional excursions etc. The price does not covercostsandexpenses,including the return to your home, if you leave the cruise at your volition, or due to illness, or as a consequence of official action by the government. Itinerary changes Norwegian Cruise Line reserve the right to amend the cruise itinerary at any time up to and during the voyage. Travel documentation Travel documents will be sent to you approximately 14 days prior to departure from Australia (providing full payment has been received). If you are departing Australia earlier, please ask your Cruiseco Travel Agent to request your travel documents in good time. Travel insurance We recommend that you obtain travel insurance before paying a deposit. Failure to obtain travel insurance means you will be liable for all cancellation fees in the event that you need to cancel your trip. Booking changes and cancellations In the unfortunate event that you should have to cancel your holiday, we must be notified in writing. The day that we receive this notice in writing, will be considered the date that your cancellation has been made. Certain cancellation fees apply to your holiday if cancelled after a deposit or final payment has been made. These cancellation fees will be levied byt eh shipping company and possibly the airline and other suppliers, and will be greater the closer to your travel date that you cancel. You should check very carefully with your Cruiseco Travel Agent what these fees are, before you make your booking. A fee of $25 per person will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed unless the change increases the value of the booking. A change of sailing date within 120 days prior to cruise departure will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply except when the change is to an earlier cruise departure of equivalent or greater value in which case a $25 per person amendment fee will be charged. Cancellations and cancellation fees Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to your Cruiseco Travel Agent. The following scale of charges (includes G.S.T.) will apply when notice of cancellation is given prior to sailing. Days before sailing cancellation received Should you cancel your flights after the air tickets have been issued, additional cancellation charges will apply to above stated cancellation fees. These cancellation penalties are in addition to any cancellation fees that may be levied by your Cruiseco Travel Agent. Qantas frequent flyer points Qantas Frequent Flyer points are awarded on Cruiseco holidays. Qantas Frequent Flyer members will receive one Qantas Frequent Flyer point for every $1.50 spent. You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn points in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. Points are not awarded on port charges, government fees, on board gratuities and air taxes. Other conditions It is your responsibility to ensure you have read all of the Booking Terms and Conditions and to provide valid travel documents.
