4 WELCOME On a remarkably uncommon peninsula between two lakes of strikingly contrasting colors, dominating a wide swath of forests and grassland, sits Dos Lagos Lodge, part of the Endless Waters Ranch. A peaceful and exclusive retreat deep in southern Chile s fabled Patagonia, surrounded by an incredible variety of landscapes of awe-inspiring beauty. Lakes, waterfalls, jagged peaks, unexplored valleys, woodlands and pastures, fast flowing rivers and sluggish streams: they all offer a myriad opportunities for engaging in a range of activities or maybe just to do nothing but allow yourself to be pampered in our world-class lodge. Dos Lagos is not a hotel in any conventional sense its atmosphere and the way it is run are more similar to a private country house-party: elegant, informal and very relaxed. The lodge can only be booked on a whole-house, full service basis, thus ensuring total privacy for groups of friends or families.

5 THE LODGE An inspired mix of traditional Patagonian architecture and modern interior design, our comfortable lodge combines the warmth of local hardwoods, period pieces and locally spun wool rugs with the utmost comfort that technology can offer. Built on an intimate scale, just four generously-sized rooms accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. Each room has its own wood-burning stove and spectacular views over Paloma Lake or the Andes. Two new, intimate cottages with outstanding views will be ready by December 2012, providing a total of 4 additional rooms; also, our new "Barn" - actually, a barn-looking hangar for our helicopter, provides an indoor sports area as well as other 6 extra rooms in case needed. Our delicious cuisine is overseen by Giancarlo Mazzarelli, a young and talented chef with an extensive international career. Giancarlo, one of Chile's best chefs, stands out on the basis of his innovative cuisine and has received several awards, mainly for his trend-setting Puerto Fuy restaurant in Santiago. Giancarlo draws inspiration from around the globe to offer a modern take on traditional Chilean cuisine, taking well-loved local dishes and old-time recipes, giving that extra, innovative twist. We use only the freshest of ingredients and most of our vegetables come from our own organic greenhouse or local producers. If you wish to learn to prepare any of our dishes, just wander into our beautiful, modern kitchen and join Giancarlo for cooking lessons. 7 THE PROPERTY Dos Lagos Lodge is located in the Coyhaique area of Chile s XIth Region - also known as Aysen - the heart of Chilean Patagonia. It is a land of myriad islands, craggy peaks, untouched forests, glacial rivers and pristine mountain lakes. The Endless Waters Ranch where Dos Lagos Lodge is located, offers a staggering diversity of natural features, among them five interconnected lakes, four larger trout-filled rivers, three smaller rivers plus numerous fishable streams, canyons, waterfalls, pristine coigue and lenga forests, beautiful open grasslands and jagged snow-capped peaks. Around the lodge you will find what is arguably the finest and longest professionally built network of mountain-bike trails on a private property worldwide, which also double as amazing hiking tracks. In case you would like to further scout the region, the entire ranch is enfolded by the 179,000 hectares (442,000 acres) of the Cerro Castillo National Reserve, allowing Dos Lagos to benefit from its special location. All of these unique characteristics allow Dos Lagos Lodge guests to select from a variety of outdoors activities as well as to enjoy Patagonian nature in a way that is hard to match elsewhere. Transfers from one lake to another can be done by Dos Lagos two comfortable jet boats, manned by our trained staff

9 b i k i n g MOUNTAIN & HIKING Dos Lagos Lodge has what is arguably the finest and longest professionally built network of mountain-bike trails on a private property worldwide. The current 130 kms (81 miles) - and growing - of internal trails have left hard-core mountain bikers and hikers grasping for superlatives. From easy to extremely challenging, our trails - mostly built by professional New Zealand trail builders - allow any bike and hike enthusiast to rave about the experience. We have a number of top-quality loaner bikes available for guests.

12 FLY FISHING The whole Coyhaique area is renowned for its fishing, but Dos Lagos Lodge occupies a unique niche: few if any properties in the world have access to such a variety of waters as Dos Lagos has. Five interconnected lakes, four large rivers, many other small rivers and streams, give Dos Lagos guests a staggering choice of fisheries providing viable alternatives in all weather and wind conditions. All can be reached in less than 60 minutes. A priceless bonus is the fact that Dos Lagos has banks on most of these waters, which are used almost exclusively by our own anglers: access is too hard and time-consuming for others, allowing our own guests to have the best fishing hours -dawn and dusk- completely to themselves.

13 HUEMUL WATCHING The area of Lago La Paloma and Lago Azul is well known as one of the largest natural reserves in southern Chile of Huemul, a protected native deer symbol of Chile, highly endangered and rarely seen. It is estimated that only about 900 huemules survive in Chile today (and 1,500 worldwide), a few of which often visit the upper Turbio River, the main peninsula at Dos Lagos and the lenga forests on the shores of Lago Paloma. Huemul sightings require patience and a dose of luck, but the possibilities of seeing them are very real and a great prize to take home for any nature lover one that even a National Geographic crew would envy! The huemules on our property are very tame and if you are lucky to find them, they will allow you to get quite close - just witness the footage on our videos -. Being so close to these beautiful, rare creatures is a truly moving experience for most of our guests.

14 our JET BOATS Our jet turbine-propulsion boats allow us to get to most of the property, fast! From crossing the lakes to swerving and dodging the shallow rapids on the rivers, our boats provide a thrilling ride. Many of the activities we offer can be structured into a combination adventure: board our boat at the lodge and zip across Azul Lake to the Azul grassland for a horse ride or hike to Cerro Castillo. Or continue through the river into the Desierto Lake and - along 17 exhilarating kilometers of the Paloma River - reach the beautiful and peaceful La Poza Bay, probably one of the best fly fishing spots in the region.

15 OUR UTVs Our 13 UTVs (Utility Terrain Vehicles, a cross between an ATV and a jeep) will go where no other vehicle dares to go! They are available for off-road cross-country expeditions, driven by our trained personnel for safety reasons. These versatile vehicles allow quick access and carrying bikes to almost every corner of the property in a safe, quick and fun way! Our UTV's will typically take guests to the 100 meters long swinging bridge over the Turbio River - possible the only in its kind in Patagonia - to start a hike to a hidden glacier at the Cerro Castillo National Reserve... or, after a thrilling Jet-Boat ride, take guests to the fantastic Taniwha Falls at the Lake Desierto Section.
