20 From the Questionnaires It was easier for colleagues to share their feelings among people whose jobs are related to theirs This result reflects in the PSV value!!

21 From the Questionnaires Providing both information about CIS and relaxation techniques and setting up a safe place for an open communication (group and individual) are essential to get through a difficult moment!

22 Others Follow up to colleagues whom we supported 1) Phone call 2) Sending a message by 3) Visit again if needed Continuous care is also essential for CISM. We should not forget that a sense of loneliness makes it easier to develop psychological difficulties.
