For travel from outside the United States, you must provide a valid passport that is not expiring within 6 months of the trip dates. As such, they cannot be transferred or exchanged. If you choose to use an airline outside of what is being provided, you will incur all costs associated with original airline ticket and your new airline ticket. You will also be responsible for any fees incurred should you need to change the travel dates. If you choose to extend your trip to Maui the flight cost difference will be your responsibility. The cost will be the difference in fare from the original travel dates to your preferred. Please note: This does not include additional nights at the Fairmont Kea Lani. Should you need additional nights at the Fairmont Kea Lani please contact events@immunotec.com by no later than August 17, The cost for each additional night is $ USD per night and is based on hotel availability.

The hotel is located on the water and has a slight breeze during the evening. WHAT TO EXPECT? Immunotec will cover the main costs during the Live Immunotec 2018 Incentive Trip to Maui, Hawaii. This includes your airline ticket, hotel stay from October 1-5, 2018 (4 nights total), Immunotec events, transportation to and from the airport. Dinner on October 2 & 3, as well as lunch on October 4 are on own. All other meals will be provided by Immunotec. Dine-around/Onown Gift Card ($100) will be provided at event registration. LUGGAGE Baggage allowance varies according to airline. Please check your airline s website for more information. You are responsible for paying baggage fees. TRANSPORTATION Coming and Going Immunotec will provide complimentary transportation from the airport to the hotel for achievers and their guests on October 1, Return transport will be provided on October 5, Please look for Immunotec Travel Staff with Live Immunotec signage at baggage claim. It is important you go directly to baggage claim upon arrival in Maui. If you have chosen to travel on alternative dates, you will be responsible for transportation to and from the hotel and all fees incurred. HOTEL CHECK-IN Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 12:00pm. When checking in to the hotel, you will need to provide a credit card to cover any incidental expenses. It is recommended that you use a credit card instead of a debit card. ROOMING ASSIGNMENTS Trip for 1 winners may events@immunotec.com to request a specific roommate by providing Consultant ID number and full name by no later than August 15, Please note, your requests are not guaranteed. Immunotec will do it s best to accommodate all requests. HOTEL INFORMATION The Fairmont Kea Lani Resort, is beautifully situated on Maui s Wailea coast, and is Hawaii s only all-suite and villa luxury oceanfront resort. The resort embodies the genuine spirit of aloha and offers exceptional cultural, spa and dining experiences in a truly spectacular setting. WEATHER Daytime high temperatures average in the mid to upper 80s F (27 C). Nighttime temperatures only dip into the lower 70s F (21 C). The Fairmont Kea Lani has a concierge located behind the check in desk. The concierge can arrange any off-site activity for you. SHUTTLE SERVICES The Fairmont Kea Lani has a complementary shuttle service within a 3-mile radius. All shuttle services are based on a first-come, first-served basis. The dramatic landscape with deep ravines was the site of one of the most famous battles in Hawaiian history when King Kamehameha conquered the Maui army to unite all the Hawaiian Islands.
