Green ribbons will be awarded to all dogs with qualifying scores. Rosettes will be awarded to all dogs earning a qualifying score in Standard and JWW on the same day while supplies last after which QQ pins will be offered. QQQ Pins will be awarded to Excellent B dogs earning a Triple Q. Dogs earning the MACH or PACH title will receive a special rosette and bar. Height Cards All dogs, jumping lower than 24 in regular classes and lower than 20 in preferred classes, who are under two years of age and do not have a temporary height card or are over two years of age and do not have a permanent height card must be measured prior to their first run of the weekend. It is the exhibitor s responsibility to ensure their dog is measured before their first run. Measurement of dogs will take place near the score table each day. Judging Schedule Novice B/A Standard, JWW and FAST classes will run together by jump heights with division B running before division A. Excellent B/A Standard, JWW and FAST classes will run together by jump heights with division B running before division A. The preferred classes will run intermingled with the regular classes by height. Each class will be briefed separately. Lunch breaks will be at the Judge s discretion. A warm-up area, consisting of a regulation agility jump will be provided for all exhibitors. Check in will begin 7:30 am each day. Armbands may be picked up at the score table each day. Judging will begin at 8:30 am each day. Walk through will begin as soon as the Judge have approved the course. This will be at approximately 8:00 am each morning. All classes all heights will walk the course together prior to their class being judged. Jim Primmer will judge all classes each day.

3 Dogs will be judged from the lowest armband number in each class to the highest armband number in each class. Judging will rotate between rings. Be prepared to walk in one ring while the other ring is running. This may mean that you will walk two courses before running. A warm-up area, consisting of a regulation agility jump, shall be provided for all exhibitors.

4 Notice to Exhibitors The trial is open to all dogs fifteen (15) months of age or older that are registered with the American Kennel Club or that have AKC Limited Registration, Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP) or an AKC Canine Partners listing number, or approved Foundation Stock Service (FSS) breeds. Mixed breed dogs that have been listed with AKC Canine Partners may participate provided their listing number has been recorded on the entry form. Running order will be determined by random draw. Handlers with more than one dog in a class will have those dogs separated as much as possible. If a dog and/or handler are dismissed, regardless of the reason, there will be NO refund of entry fees. 50% refund for bitches in season after the closing date and up to the Friday before the event. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused or barred from competition by action of the Trial Committee. No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. EXHIBITORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETE, ACCURATE, AND LEGIBLE INFORMATION ON THEIR ENTRY FORMS; ILLEGIBLE OR INCOMPLETE EINTRIES CANNOT BE ENTERED IN THE TRIAL. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and /or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and /or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the trial site. In such case, no refund on any fees paid will be made. All dogs must be on leash at all times except when in the ring or when in the designated agility warm -up area. Exhibitors are responsible for being at the ring gate when it is their turn to run. Please be courteous and pick up after your dog. No smoking in buildings or arena. Dogs under six months of age are prohibited at AKC Agility Trials Do not leave animals unattended in vehicles. The club will not be responsible for damage to vehicles resulting from the rescue of overheated animals. No dogs in the grandstand area. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian s recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations. Rabies vaccine is required in the State of California. Failure to follow the instructions of the Show Committee or their Agent will result in a Bench Committee Hearing. Unsportsmanlike conduct will result in a Bench Committee Hearing. No refund for duplicate entry or entry in class that is not offered ie FAST or T2B on days not offered. Withdrawal of entry before closing date will receive refund less $6 processing fee. Refunds are mailed in the time frame of seven days before to seven days after the event.
