1 To: C/C: From: EUROPEAN FEDERATIONS PARTICIPATING CLUBS IN THE CERS CUP CERS PRESIDENT CERS-RH PRESIDENT Date: 2018, April 06 Subject: 2017/2018 CERS CUP ALLOCATION OF THE FINAL 4 ORGANIZATION Dear Sirs: According to the information and the deadline established by our Communication FG-006/2018, CERS-RH received the following two proposals for the organization of the CERS Cup Final 4, to be held on 2018, April 28 and 29: (1) A proposal from LLEIDA LLISTA BLAVA, which was presented by RFEP-Real Federación Española de Patinaje; (2) A proposal from ÓQUEI CLUBE DE BARCELOS, HÓQUEI PATINS, SAD Then, and taking into consideration the regulations in force - and the assent from our Vice-President, Lluis Ferrer, who was responsible for the inspection of the proposed facilities and the verification of the accomplishment of the other proposed conditions - CERS-RH has decided to award (*) the Spanish Federation and the club LLEIDA with the organization of this event. (*) Note: This assignment was confirmed after the inspection of the proposed facilities and the verification of the accomplishment of the other conditions presented by the winning proposal, inspection that was held yesterday by the CERS-RH VP, Lluis Ferrer. 1. COLATERAL ACTIVITIES IN THE PAVELLÓ ONZE DE SETEMBRE, IN LLEIDA 3.1 PRESS CONFERENCE: On Friday, 2018, April 27, at 19H00, it is scheduled a press conference with the main coaches of all the 4 participating teams. 3.2 TRAINING SESSIONS FOR ADAPTATION TO THE RINK: On Saturday, 2018, April 28, will take place the team training sessions, according to the following schedule: 10H00 H. BREGANZE (IT) 10H30 CP VOLTREGÀ (SP) 11H00 ÓQUEI BARCELOS (PT) 3.3 CERS-RH MEETING WITH THE TEAM DELEGATES AND THE DESIGNATED REFEREES: On Saturday, 2018, April 28, at 11H30, CERS-RH will handle a meeting with all team Delegates and the designated Referees. The team Delegates must bring the CERS-RH licences of all their representatives (players, delegates and technical staff). 4. TELEVISION COVERAGE OF THE EVENT All the matches of this event will be broadcasted live through TV 3 (Cataluña) and CERS-RH TV 5. DESIGNATED REFEREES FOR THIS EVENT For the matches to be played in this event, CERS-RH has designated the following 6 European International Referees: XAVIER BLEUZEN + JULIEN THIBAUD, from France; JOSEPH SILLECCHIA + MASSIMILIANO CARMAZZI, from Italy; LUÍS PEIXOTO + MIGUEL GUILHERME, from Portugal 6. TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR THE PUBLIC AND EACH ONE OF THE PARTICIPATING CLUBS The sale and distribution of tickets by the participating teams will follow the principles that have been established by the CERS-RH, in order to safeguard the "neutrality" of the venue of the matches in relation to this event. Then: 6.1. For each match, the organization must guarantee that at least 20% of the tickets issued must be available for sale to the public Each club will be entitled to request of 40% of the tickets issued for any match in which it participates (*), taking into consideration: The tickets for the Semi-Finals matches must be requested and paid until 12H00 of Friday, 2018, April The tickets for the Final match must be requested and paid until 10H00 of Sunday, 2018, April 29. (*) Note: The organizer will offer 15 invitations - for each match of this competition - to the 3 other participating teams. 7.
