PRESENTATION 1/ In 1996, after 24 great years associated with Le Meridien Hotel & Resorts Group, which took me from my apprentice days in 1972 within the Kitchen to the position of General Manager, in properties located in Paris, Houston, New York, New Port Beach, London, Phuket and Nassau, I decided to shift my career to join a smaller group of resorts, which I must say, helped me to exploit years of incredible learning experience now to the profit of creating and generating even greater personal customer experiences. The group is called One&Only Resorts, under the umbrella of Kerzner International, which I have been associated with for the past 21 years, mainly in Mauritius and Dubai, although assisting the company in various development and opening projects. One&Only Royal Mirage I have been privileged in my years with Le Meridien Hotel and Resorts, and One&Only Resorts to be mainly involved in the periods of pre-openings and openings of exciting properties, with the ability of working closely with architects and designers, thus acquiring a great amount of design and technical knowledge to the benefit of our profession. I have also had the satisfaction of being able to recruit and build operational teams, often with no or limited hospitality experience - yet within weeks and months, they have been able to deliver everlasting guest experiences and memories. This is the most rewarding.

3 01. PRESENTATION 2/ One of my greatest achievements, and one I am most proud of is related to the past 18 years I have spent in Dubai. I was required to lead, on behalf of the Ruling Royal Family, with the team of great associates at Corporate and Unit level, the development of a beautiful beach resort under the name of One&Only Royal Mirage. This was at a time where no-one had really heard of Dubai as a tourist destination. Not only was the initial Palace Hotel at One&Only Royal Mirage (which opened in 1999) a great success, but furthermore it became the catalyst for further investment and development opportunities resulting in the opening of three more distinctive properties: Arabian Court at One&Only Royal Mirage in 2002, The Residence & Spa at One&Only Royal Mirage in 2003 and One&Only The Palm in All of these resorts are now considered part of the amazing hospitality portfolio which Dubai has developed over the past two decades. One&Only The Palm 3/ Having been personally at the head of these resorts throughout all of the years, observing the incredible shift in hospitality trends and still to be considered as a hospitality reference, is a tribute to our team dedication, perseverance and commitment towards the ability to deliver consistently amazing levels of product and service. I intend, for the years to come, to pursue such commitment for our Dubai resorts and our company worldwide. I will endeavour to continue elevating our product and service delivery at all times, and to surprise and delight the ever-growing expectation of our discerning clientele.

CAREER / MANAGEMENT STYLE With 1,400 team members within our two resorts in Dubai, comprising of 44 different nationalities, I firmly believe that the best way to lead is to conduct yourself as Dean of a great hospitality school, and to consider each team member as a student with great potential. I consider my style to be very much as a coach - still today leading and guiding with a hands-on approach. Indeed, each year we are joined by numerous new young team members whose unique talent complement and contribute towards the ever increasing and improving product and service level. My personal goals are to ensure that over the next few years I can transfer my years of acquired hospitality knowledge to each team member - whether they be Directors, Commis Waiters, Commis Chefs, Rooms Valets etc.

HOTEL DESCRIPTION One&Only Royal Mirage One&Only Royal Mirage is considered Dubai s most stylish beach resort, where genuine care and hospitality blend with fantasy and tradition, creating an ambiance of Arabian influenced refinement and majesty. Overlooking Palm Island Bay, representing an oasis of calm in the heart of bustling new Dubai, the resort offers understated elegance and exclusive charm with a kilometre of private beach and 65 acres of lush landscaped gardens. One&Only Royal Mirage consists of three equally distinctive properties: The Palace, the Arabian Court and the Residence & Spa. The Palace (opened 1999) conjures the magic of Arabia, a place where guests can wander amidst the abundant gardens or stroll amongst the meandering water features. The property is generous, with 147 Superior Deluxe rooms, 49 Gold Club rooms, 33 Superior Executive and Gold Club Suites and 2 Royal Suites on a private beach that offers rich leisure facilities. 10 04. HOTEL DESCRIPTION The Arabian Court (opened in 2002) is mysterious - an ancient dwelling that is disguised behind a sheltered oasis, protecting the inner beauty. The resort is crafted in the spirit of the orient with dramatic architecture creating symmetry, amidst a landscape of fountains, walkways and lush gardens. The subtly angled entrance leads to the impressive grand gallery, the heart of the resort that links the two wings and guides guests towards the 162 charismatic guest rooms and 10 elaborately styled suites, all of which are facing the sea, with private balcony or garden patio. The three restaurants and their lounges thrive on individuality. All are facing the sea, with a private balcony or garden patio. Within the elegant entrance courtyard of the Residence & Spa lies the Health & Beauty Institute. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION CORE MISSION STATEMENT & VALUE Blow away the customer Customer satisfaction at One&Only Royal Mirage and One&Only The Palm has consistently increased, which reflects the investment to One&Only Royal Mirage s Rooms, Suites, Restaurants refurbishment programme, combined with the ever growing quality reputation of One&Only The Palm, which opened in October One&Only Resorts, Dubai 2014 average: 89.8% 2015 average: 92.2% 2016 average: 93.5% YTD Quality Measurement The resort uses 2 guest customer questionnaire feedback systems; a) online guest Metrix survey, b) in-room guest questionnaires. Furthermore, all four properties (2 resorts) are audited under the International LQA Quality Audit System and under The Leading Hotels of the World quality Audit system at the Residence & Spa of One&Only Royal Mirage and One&Only The Palm. Personal Implication Every month for the past few years, I personally lead the Monthly Quality Meeting focus group with all team managers and supervisors involved.

15 07. STAFF MANAGEMENT 1/ The resorts have an extensive list of Standard Of Products and Performances (SOP s) combined with detailed departmental and employees Annual training plans. A dedicated Training Department ensures that such is carried out systematically on a monthly basis. 2/ With a total of 1,400 team members, it is important to realize that in Dubai, every single team member is provided with complimentary fullhousing, full breakfast, lunch and dinner, full airtravel, daily transportation and personal Health Insurance cover is also provided on a complimentary basis. The resort organizes weekly and monthly leisure activities within the facilities of the two team members accommodations, a) one facility comprising of 350 rooms, b) one facility comprising of 175 rooms, both featuring gardens and outdoor leisure facilities (six a side soccer, volley-ball pitch, badminton, cricket, basketball, tennis, fitness studio, TV recreation room, Internet café, team restaurant, personal laundry etc.) Monthly outdoor or cultural excursions at the beach, in the desert, within the leisure parks, etc are also organized. *Please refer to the latest dedicated Team Newsletter

STAFF MANAGEMENT CORE VALUE Developing passionate and committed people. 3/ Considering that each team member is a temporary expatriate while exercising their profession within our resorts in Dubai, everyone is offered the opportunity to grow and learn within an exciting professional and dynamic environment. However, over 320 team members have been associated with our Dubai resorts for more than 5 to 15 years and have been promoted within - from Junior team members, to assistant managers, managers, and for few, director positions.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATION 1/ With only nine resorts worldwide, advertising and communication are a combined coordinated effort between the Corporate Office and the individual resort in order to guarantee consistency of message and to ensure that the brand integrity / DNA never be compromised. Global Brand Advertising is coordinated by Corporate Office. Local Advertising related to special events, health & beauty and all food & beverage outlets is coordinated thought the resort. International Travel Trade, Advertising and Commercial activities is supported by a combined Commercial Plan integrating our Regional Global Sales Offices worldwide and the individual resort. Website visibility and content is again a combined coordinated effort between Corporate Office and the individual resort in order to validate quality and consistency of communication updated on a monthly basis. Public Relations activities, which is a very important component of One&Only Resorts, and is again a combined coordinated effort between Corporate Office and the individual resort with the assistance of regional third party PR agencies consultancy and support.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATION 2/ Charity & Community Campaign Considering the number of nationalities of our team members, we have initiated few charity support campaigns to assist during challenging times. These have included - activities following the Tsunami in India (Medical assistance with MSF & UNICEF, schools & private homes assistance), Sri Lanka (Medical assistance with MSF & UNICEF and school assistance), the Earthquake in Nepal (Medical assistance with MSF and Family assistance), and the Typhoons in Philippines (Medical & Family assistance with UNICEF & MSF). Furthermore, we support various local charity events, mainly targeting underprivileged / handicapped children's support associations. 3/ With close to 20 years living within an extremely busy and active Dubai scene, I am very privileged to participate in numerous events - the Dubai Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality, regional and international promotional activities. Also present in various French and International Chambers of Commerce and indeed doing my very best to portray myself as a humble Ambassador for France and its lifestyle related brands and activities while in Dubai, and in return for Dubai as an amazing destination while traveling aboard.
