RP states male was white, wearing a dark coat with his hood up. RP states male sat down near her and stared at her and her friend. RP states she felt uneasy so she left. RP states as she and her friend were getting into their MV the male was pressed against the window inside the restaurant staring at them. RP states as she pulled out of the parking lot the male exited the restaurant and got in a MV and followed them out of the parking lot.
