RP states she dropped the child off two weeks ago for visitation and now the father is refusing to give the child back. RP states the father told her the child has head lice. RP would like the child returned. RP was unsure of the exact address. RP looked at a map attempting to find the location which she said was off of Rail Road ave in Mansfield.
