Decorated in 18 th century style grandeur it showcases Ducasse s exceptional dedication to the subtlety and purity of flavours, and his distinctive take on French haute cuisine. RESTAURANT LE DALÍ In a high-style setting, inspired by Dalí and designed by Philippe Starck, enjoy traditional Parisian brasserie specialities or a creative culinary journey around the Mediterranean.
