7 A little history Even a businessman can sometimes find his heart prevailing over reason. In 2004, when Stéphane Courbit bought a townhouse in the centre of Saint-Tropez as inheritance, he was motivated more by his love of the property than the desire to make an investment. The Pan Deï Palais needed two years of renovation work before it could open its twelve rooms to guests looking for an exceptional, understated, exclusive and elegant destination. It would form the foundations of a journey that would develop as opportunities arose. A few months after opening, in 2007, the media mogul, a keen fan of Courchevel, purchased Les Airelles, an iconic hotel owned by Raymonde Fenestraz, one of the upmarket resort's iconic figures. In May 2011, Les Airelles received the prestigious Palace classification alongside seven other luxury establishments in France. To increase the value of this property and raise the standards of Les Airelles, the LOV Hotel Collection began a major programme of renovation and invited Séverine Pétilaire-Bellet to remain at the head of the establishment that she had already managed to great success for many seasons. 9 Chalet Ormello, one of the most luxurious destinations in the Three Valleys and another of Stéphane Courbit's properties, was also entrusted to the exclusive management of Les Airelles at the end of In 2010, the LOV Hotel Collection was approached by the owners of Chalet de Pierres, one of Courchevel's finest mountainside restaurants. A stunning address in an idyllic setting, it matched perfectly with Les Airelles and its clientele. After smooth and quick negotiations, it soon fell into LOV's hands. In 2013, Aman Le Mélézin - a superb 5* hotel in Courchevel set in a unique location and the perfect complement to Les Airelles with its Aman junkies clientele - was added to the LOV Group's hotel portfolio, whilst remaining under Aman's aegis. A few weeks later, in early 2014, La Bastide de Gordes, a hotel that was ageing but still maintained its charm, began looking for a purchaser. Located in the heart of one of France's most beautiful villages, overlooking the Luberon valley, this 5* location was a true gem that would require some renovation to meet the standards of a demanding clientele. Once again, Stéphane Courbit followed his heart and began major renovation work to bring his new hotel up to luxury standards. Pierre Gagnaire's restaurant Pèir, which quickly received a Michelin star, followed by the magnificent Sisley Spa, would further add to the success of this conversion. Again, the investment paid off and in 2016 La Bastide de Gordes was awarded the honorary title of Palace. And there's more! A little history 9

11 The present day : The creation of a brand Bolstered by their experience in luxury hotels and encouraged, by the two Palace classifications, Stéphane Courbit and his team decided this year to create their luxury brand. The first members: Les Airelles and La Bastide de Gordes. When the management team came to the task of deciding on a name for the brand, the AIRELLES Collection was an obvious choice, inspired by its flagship property. It perfectly encapsulates the foundations of the new brand - its commitment to high standards, more-than-perfect service, and the invitation to dream and escape. The AIRELLES Collection also evokes glamour, hedonism, simple yet indulgent pleasure, memories shared amongst family and friends, from generation to generation, a joyful setting and fun, happy and lively moments. 13 The AIRELLES Collection encompasses all of the criteria found in the new generation of luxury now sought by international travellers. The AIRELLES COLLECTION signature is clear and simple. It is defined by: - Unique hotels on a human scale, full of history, in exceptional locations and settings, in the heart of rare destinations that are boosted by their presence; - Bespoke, personalized and natural service; - A warm, open and understanding welcome that is never obsequious and never restrained; - A French sense of hospitality, found in the accommodation, catering and wellbeing services; - Careful attention paid to all guests to ensure all their needs are met; - A concerted effort to make families welcome so that adults and children alike enjoy their stay, with special activities and specially adapted areas (adjoining rooms, kids kingdom, etc.). Today, with the AIRELLES COLLECTION, the LOV Group hopes to create a remarkable and exclusive collection of 5* luxury hotels in France and abroad. The launch of the AIRELLES Collection brand will enable it to grow, whilst establishing its reputation and making the most of its skills and expertise in hospitality: - By consolidating its knowledge and making the existing model sustainable; - By purchasing exceptional real estate, setting up properties in luxurious locations, alone or with joint financial, real estate or industrial investors; - By supporting owners of luxury hotels in their restoration, renovation and conversion projects in order to increase the value of their assets, whilst assisting them in the everyday running of their properties under the AIRELLES Collection brand, drawing on expertise acquired over 10 years of hotel management and hospitality projects. It is this strong DNA that has enabled the group to raise Les Airelles and La Bastide de Gordes to the ranks of the Palace classification. The other hotels and restaurants, Pan Deï Palais, Aman Le Mélezin and Chalet de Pierres, although not under the AIRELLES COLLECTION name, will remain part of the group and continue to be managed with the same constant quest for perfection. 15 The present day : The creation of a brand The near future In August 2015, the public body that manages the Château de Versailles sent out a call for tenders for the renovation of three 17th and 18th century buildings adjoining the Château to extend the Midi wing and the Orangerie, the Hôtel du Grand Contrôle, the Petit Contrôle and the Pavillon des Premières Cent Marches, and the conversion of this collection into a luxury hotel. Teaming up with Alain Ducasse to create this future 19-room hotel equipped with a gourmet restaurant, Stéphane Courbit's group submitted its tender and was successfully awarded the project. A project funded in part by La Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations that will strengthen the LOV Hotel Collection's notoriety and credibility and pave the way for new opportunities. With Paris set to host the Olympic Games in 2024 and the prospect of Versailles possibly hosting the equestrian trials, this hotel will no doubt contribute to France's standing. In early 2017, Séverine Pétilaire-Bellet, then the Managing Director of the LOV Hotel Collection, informed the group of her intention to take over Le Brussel's in Val d'isère, a 4* hotel owned by the Sanchez family. LOV therefore offered its help to establish: - A partnership enabling the business assets and up to 50% of the real estate to be held by a shared holding company; - Wide-scale renovation work to turn this historic 4* hotel into a luxury 5* hotel to attract an international and family clientele and eventually obtain the Palace classification; - An AIRELLES Collection management contract. The hotel is scheduled to reopen under a new name and with a new look at the start of the 2019 winter season. In order to fit seamlessly into this royal setting - the only of its kind in the world - this Versailles hotel will favour an 18th century style, with architect and interior designer Christophe Tollemer in charge of its design. This 5* gem, which is scheduled to open in 2019, will fit naturally into the AIRELLES Collection. The creation of a brand 15

17 The present day : The creation of a brand The ideal future The LOV Group's aim with the AIRELLES Collection is to grow, expand and open in exceptional locations and towns with reliable partners. LOV is therefore studying all possibilities and looking particularly closely at three opportunities in Paris in incredible locations in the capital. It also has its sights set on acquiring and running a property in the South of France under the AIRELLES Collection name by the summer of Finally, its directors are looking at various offers and opportunities in Venice, with the acquisition of a property that is already up and running, or the rental of a building whose exceptional location merits conversion into a luxury hotel, as well as opportunities in Rome, on the Amalfi Coast, in Ibiza, Greece, Cuba, New York and more. The AIRELLES Collection should very soon welcome new and wonderful properties under its wing and become a leading name in luxury hospitality in France and abroad. The creation of a brand 17

19 Les Airelles a legendary Courchevel 1850 location Two Palaces, two stories La Bastide de Gordes in the heart of the village Les Airelles is a generous chalet, with sculpted wood terraces, perched on the Jardin Alpin - a chalet that truly symbolizes this glamorous resort, with its incredible charm that attracts guests from all over the world. It is repeatedly featured at the head of rankings of the best mountain hotels in Europe and the most stunning mountain hotels in the world. When you think of Courchevel, you think of Les Airelles. When it joined the LOV Hotel Collection in 2007, Les Airelles was given a complete makeover and every season it reveals new features designed to satisfy a clientele that wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. The Palace committee immediately awarded it the much coveted and well-deserved title of Palace. Every element of this chalet is incredible, from its cosy-chic rooms and suites, and Pierre Gagnaire's 2-star Michelin restaurant, to the Spa La Mer and the XXL ski room. Hospitality, consideration, discretion, exceptional events for all... Les Airelles brings together all of these elements to show every guest that they are unique and deserve the best. And to let them know that here they can enjoy their "taste for freedom" to the max. When it joined the LOV Hotel Collection, La Bastide de Gordes underwent a major renovation led by interior designer Christophe Tollemer. This restored the provincial character of this wonderful 16 th century, white-stone building and made it easier for guests to move about by creating corridors and tunnels between the different areas. As a result, La Bastide de Gordes was classified as a Palace in With its antique floor tiles, bouquets of lavender, cherry wood furniture, even found in its stunning bread bins and floral cottons in reds and greens, its chic and romantic atmosphere delights both its French guests - its top clients - and visitors from Japan. Once the warm weather arrives, the terraces overlooking the valley are the perfect place to enjoy lunch or dinner looking out across the landscape of cypress trees, grapevines and olive trees, or lounging by one of the pools. Pèir, which means Pierre in the local language, Pierre Gagnaire's Michelin-star restaurant, decked out in sober beiges and whites, seats 24 and adds the finishing touches to the range of available dining options. 21 Two icons that embody the very essence of the Palace classification Jean-Pierre Lerallu coming home Joining Les Airelles in 2004 as Booking Manager, Jean-Pierre Lerallu quickly progressed within the Collection, becoming Assistant Director of Les Airelles and then Managing Director of La Bastide de Gordes. This season he returns to Courchevel to become the Palace Director. Jean- Pierre Lerallu modestly attributes his quick progression to his loyalty, passion, professionalism, goodwill and pride in being part of the AIRELLES Collection, all essential qualities for managing a palace. And what a palace it is! Courchevel's first luxury hotel, the most legendary in the French Alps, a Palace with huge soul and exceptional architecture, held dear by its staff and dedicated to offering irreproachable service, with a smile and generosity. For Jean-Pierre Lerallu, the definition of luxury at Les Airelles is simply a way of life, the art of anticipation, always looking into the future to offer guests the services they want before they ask for them. This notion of luxury, shared by the Collection and myself, places everything on the excellence of its service. It is its major strength and what brings it its charm. 23 Two icons that embody the very essence of the Palace classification Madeleine Munier the art of making people happy It was alongside her grandmother on Sundays that, as a child, Madeleine discovered the joy of making people happy, sharing... and cooking. And, during a chance work experience in high school La Chapelle St Martin, Relais & Châteaux property in Nieul, that she discovered the world of hospitality. It was a deciding moment that prompted her to choose hospitality as a career. After graduating and undertaking two positions abroad, she became the Catering Director for the recently opened Maia Luxury Resort & Spa in the Seychelles. It was a fast-track course in intercultural management. It was so exciting! This was followed immediately by another new opening, Le Domaine de l'orangeraie in Digue, also in the Seychelles, before she realized she wanted to return to France and tackle pure hospitality. This dream became reality in 2016 when she met Jean-Pierre Lerallu, Director of Les Airelles. One month later, the LOV Hotel Collection offered her the opportunity to become Director of Operations at La Bastide de Gordes. I was extremely lucky to be able to help La Bastide de Gordes obtain the title of Palace, alongside its 130 staff. Since then, Madeleine has been dedicated to maintaining its magical atmosphere through natural, discreet and elegant service. So that every guest enjoys a pleasant break, recharges batteries, relaxes and makes the most of its surroundings. Two leading figures that embody the very essence of our Houses 23

25 At the head of the AIRELLES Collection, three extremely involved directors Guillaume Fonquernie CEO With his sporty look, it is easy to imagine father of three Guillaume Fonquernie hurtling down the slopes. He has been at Stéphane Courbit's side ever since the LOV Group was first created. He has notably contributed to the collection's development strategy and helped create its structure alongside Séverine Pétilaire-Bellet. The LOV Group s Financial Director is also the CEO of the group s hotel branch, driving it forward with energy and conviction. He is responsible for this new direction with, on the one hand, the creation of the AIRELLES Collection and on the other, the management of all the properties and the development of the hotel management sector. His three guiding words are : strategic location, strong identity and luxury services. With conviction, he explains that the people that will succeed in the 5* hotels of tomorrow are those who, in addition to offering bespoke and irreproachable service, are able to show natural generosity, empathy towards their teams, and the ability to offer genuine luxury and entertainment with sophistication and discretion. 27 At the head of the AIRELLES Collection, three extremely involved directors Jacques Silvant COO 16 years at the head of the legendary Royal Palm in Mauritius before joining Stéphane Courbit's hotel group as Director of Operations. This move meant a change of size for Jacques Silvant, who boasts the perfect profile for hospitality - he is elegant, discreet, affable and, of course, efficient. This father of three, a traveller, hedonist, great reader and lover of both the mountain and the sea, will bring his vision of luxury hospitality and replace Séverine Pétilaire-Bellet on the ground, on the frontline. A challenge for someone who sees the diversity of hotels now available as one of the sector's major economic phenomena in recent years. But, far from being scared by the scope of the task before him, it is his driving force. He explains, Despite technology being omnipresent today, much to everyone's comfort, service remains one of the deciding factors in informed travellers' choices. He adds: Our hotels perpetuate the art of hospitality, combining attention to every moment with the warmth of a friendly house to ensure our guests maximum satisfaction. In order to avoid missing out on this rare pearl, the group has offered to support her in this venture, in order to continue benefiting from her expertise. Séverine Pétilaire-Bellet will also become Board Member of the group. A mother of two, this incredible woman stands out not only for her stature and lean figure but also for her charisma and in-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality which, in her own words, has been a very clear choice since the age of 16! I have never regretted choosing this career, it is a profession that has never failed to inspire me. Alongside my teams, I enjoy ensuring the wellbeing of our guests in exceptional settings. Today, Séverine Pétilaire-Bellet explains her decision: You can't work alongside two incredible business owner like Raymonde Fenestraz and Stéphane Courbit for 15 years without wanting to become a business owner yourself one day.
