Rogić Poljoprivredni fakultet Univerziteta u Banjoj Luci, Bulevar vojvode Petra Bojovića 1A, Banja Luka, Republika Srpska, Bosna i Hercegovina Rezime: U radu su prikazani rezultati uticaja različite veličine obroka (80%, 90%, 100%, 110% i 120% u odnosu na preporučene količine proizvođača hrane) na karakteristike rasta mlađi dužičaste pastrmke (Oncorhynchus mykiss Wal.) starosti od 2 do 3,5 mjeseca. Eksperiment je realizovan u laboratoriji za akvakulturu Poljoprivrednog fakulteta Univerziteta u Banjoj Luci u trajanju od 47 dana. U eksperimentu je bilo ukupno 500 jedinki, podijeljenih u pet grupa, u akvarijumima zapremine 55 l sa stalnim protokom vode i sistemom za aeraciju. Svakodnevno je praćen kvalitet vode uzimajući u obzir osnovne parametre koji su se kretali u sledećim granicama: temperatura vode 12,64 12,76 C, sadržaj rastvorenog kiseonika 7,83 8,09 mg/l, zasićenje vode kiseonikom 75,47 77,39% i ph vrijednost 7,224 7,268. Prosječna individualna masa i dužina tijela (±standardna devijacija) mlađi dužičaste pastrmke, po eksperimentalnim grupama (EG), na kraju je iznosila: EG 80 10,53±2,58 g i 9,94±0,76 cm; EG 90 12,14±2,97 g i 10,45±0,86 cm; EG ,18±2,91 g i 10,67±0,82 cm; EG ,80±3,14 g i 10,82±0,78 cm; EG ,58±3,63 g i 10,81±1,11 cm. Između eksperimentalnih grupa su utvrđene statistički visoko značajne razlike u aritmetičkim sredinama (p<0,01). Koeficijent kondicije mlađi dužičaste pastrmke na kraju eksperimenta je bio sličan u tretmanima EG 80, EG 90, EG 100 i EG 110 (1,06 1,09), a najviši je bio u tretmanu EG 120 (1,15±0,17). Generalno se može reći da povećanje veličine obroka za 10% iznad preporučenih vrijednosti ne dovodi do pojave značajnih razlika, a ukoliko je to povećanje veće od 10% javljaju se statistički značajne razlike u masi tijela. 2 186 Nebojša M. Savić et al. povoljnih uslova za njeno gajenje koji se prvenstveno ogledaju kroz kvalitet i količinu raspoložive vode. Proizvodni rezultati su u visokom stepenu zavisnosti od uslova uzgojne sredine (Marković et al., 2006), kvaliteta hrane, nivoa ishrane i genetičkog potencijala rasta gajene dužičaste pastrmke (Savić et al., 2012). Prema Markoviću i Tutundžiću (2003) prirodna hrana izgubila je na značaju kada je riječ o intenzivnom gajenju dužičaste pastrmke. Komercijalna hrana u obliku kompletnih smješa koncentrata za ishranu dužičaste pastrmke jedna je od skupljih, a troškovi ishrane iznose preko 50% od ukupnih troškova proizvodnje (Hardy i Barrows, 2002) čemu značajno doprinosi visok sadržaj proteina u hrani jer ribe, u odnosu na druge životinje, imaju veće zahtjeve za proteinima u hrani (Stanković et al., 2011). Zbog toga je evidentna potreba kontinuiranog istraživanja u oblasti ishrane salmonida i proučavanje efekata različitih vrsta hrane, nivoa i intenziteta ishrane u različitim uslovima uzgojne sredine na rast dužičaste pastrmke. Karakteristike rasta mlađi dužičaste pastrmke u različitim uslovima uzgojne sredine, sa različitim tipovima hrane, nivoima i intenzitetom ishrane bile su predmet brojnih istraživanja (Uysal, 2002; Guzel i Arvas, 2011; Richardson, 2011; Kizak et al., 2011; Sevgili et al., 2012; Savić et al., 2012, 2013; Savić i Mikavica, 2013). Cilj ovog rada je bio analiza uticaja različitih nivoa ishrane (količina hrane u odnosu na preporučenu) u kompletnom dnevnom obroku na karakteristike rasta mlađi dužičaste pastrmke (Oncorhynchus mykiss Wal.) starosti od 2 do 3,5 mjeseca u laboratorijskim uslovima. Materijal i metode Eksperiment sa ciljem da se utvrdi uticaj različitih nivoa ishrane na karakteristike rasta mlađi dužičaste pastrmke realizovan je u laboratoriji za akvakulturu Poljoprivrednog fakulteta Univerziteta u Banjoj Luci u trajanju od 47 dana ( ). Ukupno je naseljeno 500 jedinki mlađi dužičaste pastrmke, prosječne individualne mase 3,08±0,60 g (masa±standardna devijacija). Mlađ je raspoređena u akvarijume pojedinačne zapremine 55 l, sa stalnim protokom svježe vode (18 izmjena vode u 24 časa) i to po 100 jedinki/akvarijumu u pet eksperimentalnih grupa, sa različitim količinama hrane: 80%, 90%, 100%, 110% i 120% u odnosu na preporučene vrijednosti proizvođača hrane. Dužičasta pastrmka u svim tretmanima hranjena je dvokratno, istom ekstrudiranom hranom (Inicio plus, Biomar) sa sledećim učešćem pojedinih komponenti: sirovi proteini 56,0%, sirove masti 18,0%, ugljeni hidrati 8,9%, vlakna 0,3%, pepeo 10,5%, ukupni fosfor 1,6%, ukupna energija 22,0 MJ/kg i svarljiva energija 19,3 MJ/kg. Temperatura vode ( C), sadržaj rastvorenog kiseonika (mg/l) i zasićenje vode kiseonikom (%) mjereni su digitalnim oksi-metrom (Oxi 330i/SET 2B WTW, Njemačka), a ph vrijednost digitalnim ph-metrom (ph 330i/SET 2A WTW, Njemačka) svaki dan u jutarnjim časovima, prije prvog hranjenja.
3 Uticaj različite veličine obroka na karakteristike rasta mlađi dužičaste pastrmke 187 Masa i dužina tijela utvrđivani su na početku i na kraju eksperimenta kod svih jedinki. Masa tijela mjerena je vagom marke Denver DL-501 nosivosti 0,5 kg (preciznost mjerenja 0,1 g), a dužina tijela ihtiometrom (preciznost mjerenja 0,1 cm). Na osnovu izmjerenih vrijednosti računati su faktor kondicije, specifična stopa rasta i koeficijent rasta za termičku jedinicu. Faktor kondicije (CF Condition factor) računat je prema formuli: BW CF = (1) L gdje je: BW masa tijela ribe (g), L dužina tijela ribe (cm). Specifična stopa rasta (SGR Specific growth ratio) računata je prema formuli: ( ln FBW ln IBW) SGR = 100 (2) D gdje je: FBW završna tjelesna masa (g), IBW početna tjelesna masa (g), ln prirodni logaritam, D broj hranidbenih dana. Koeficijent rasta za termičku jedinicu (TGC Thermal-unit growth coefficient) računat je prema formuli: 1/3 1/3 [ FBW IBW ] TGC = 100 (3) Σ T [ D] gdje je: FBW završna masa tijela (g), IBW početna masa tijela (g), T temperatura vode ( C), D broj hranidbenih dana. Koeficijent konverzije hrane (FCR Feed conversion ratio) računat je prema formuli: F FCR = (4) G gdje je: F potrošnja hrane, G ostvareni prirast mase. Statističkom analizom su utvrđeni sledeći parametri: prosječna vrijednost, standardna devijacija i koeficijent varijacije. Pored navedenog urađena je analiza varijanse i t-test (Statistical Analysis ANOVA). Rezultati i diskusija Osnovni parametri kvaliteta vode u svim tretmanima tokom trajanja istraživanja, s obzirom da se radi o kontrolisanim uslovima, bili su slični i kretali su se u uskim granicama variranja (Tabela 1). Statističkom obradom podataka nisu utvrđene značajne razlike u prosječnim vrijednostima mjerenih parametara kvaliteta vode između posmatranih tretmana.

Temperatura i ph vrijednost vode tokom trajanja istraživanja bili su u optimalnim granicama: temperatura vode C i ph 6,5 8,5 (Marković i Tutundžić, 2003), dok su sadržaj rastvorenog kiseonika i zasićenje vode kiseonikom u svim tretmanima bili ispod optimalnih vrijednosti: 9 11 mg/l O 2 i 100% O 2 (Marković i Tutundžić, 2003). Analizom mase i dužine tijela na početku eksperimentalnog perioda nisu utvrđene značajne razlike između tretmana (Tabela 2), dok su se na kraju mogle uočiti statistički visoko značajne razlike u masi i dužini tijela (Tabele 3 i 4) koje su se javile kao rezultat različite količine hrane u odnosu na preporučenu (optimalnu) količinu u dnevnom obroku. Najviši koeficijent konverzije (4) je zabilježen u tretmanu sa najvećim dnevnim obrokom (EG 120 ), a najniži u tretmanu EG 90. Choobkar (2008) navodi niži FCR (0,51 0,62) kod mlađi dužičaste pastrmke slične mase pri različitoj frekvenciji ishrane u odnosu na rezultate ovog rada. Veća količina hrane u dnevnom obroku ne mora značiti da će biti i veći mortalitet gajene dužičaste pastrmke, sve dok je povećanje obroka svrsishodno i u okvirima koje gajena riba može uspješno pretvarati u tjelesna tkiva bez negativnih posljedica po zdravstveni status gajene dužičaste pastrmke (Poleksić et al., 2006). Koeficijent kondicije (1) na početku eksperimenta kod svih eksperimentalnih grupa kretao se oko 1 sa neznatnim odstupanjima. Koeficijent kondicije mlađi dužičaste pastrmke na kraju eksperimenta je bio sličan u tretmanima EG 80, EG 90, EG 100 i EG 110 iako su evidentne razlike u dnevnim normama ishrane. Koeficijent kondicije bio je najviši u tretmanu EG 120 (1,15±0,17), što upućuje na to da su jedinke hranjene sa 20% višom količinom hrane u odnosu na preporučenu količinu od proizvođača hrane imale intenzivniji i ravnomjerniji rast mase i dužine tijela.
5 Uticaj različite veličine obroka na karakteristike rasta mlađi dužičaste pastrmke 189 Kod ostala četiri tretmana navedeni parametar se kretao u uskim granicama variranja od 1,06 do 1,09, slično navodima Savića i Mikavice (2013) da se koeficijent kondicije kreće od 1,10 do 1,12 i Choobkara (2008) da su ta variranja od 1,01 do 1,05. Guzel i Arvas (2011) navode značajno više koeficijente kondicije (1,32 1,38) mlađi dužičaste pastrmke istog uzrasta, pri različitim strategijama ishrane. Tabela 2. 6 190 Nebojša M. Savić et al. Varijacije mase tijela bile su izraženije nego varijacije dužine tijela, a različite veličine obroka imale su uticaja na oba navedena parametra. Rastom veličine obroka evidentno je povećanje SGR (2) i TGC (3) koeficijenata (pokazatelji karakteristika rasta) koji ukazuju na mogućnost optimalnog iskorištavanja genetičkog potencijala rasta jedinki. Ovakva tendencija je moguća samo uz dobre uslove uzgojne sredine (Savić i Mikavica, 2013). Značajne razlike u dužini tijela (Tabela 3) nisu konstatovane između tretmana EG 100 EG 90, EG 110 EG 100, EG 120 EG 100 i EG 110 EG 120, dok je u svim ostalim kombinacijama bila prisutna statistički visoko značajna razlika u sredinama dužine tijela (p<0,01). Ishrana mlađi dužičaste pastrmke starosti od 2 do 3,5 mjeseca i individualne mase tijela od 3 do 15 grama sa 100% i više hrane nije uticala na pojavu značajnih razlika u dužini tijela, a ukoliko je ishrana bila niža od 100% u odnosu na preporučene norme dužinski rast je bio sporiji i javljale su se značajne razlike u sredinama dužine tijela. Značajne razlike u masi tijela (Tabela 4) javljale su se ukoliko je ishrana bila 10% niža ili viša u odnosu na preporučene norme. Za razliku od rasta dužine tijela, rast mase tijela dužičaste pastrmke je pokazao statistički značajno veće razlike između tretmana sa različitim količinama konzumirane hrane. Zbog toga je i broj kombinacija između kojih nema statistički značajne razlike bio manji nego kada je riječ o dužini tijela. Značajne razlike u sredinama mase tijela nisu konstatovane samo u dvije kombinacije tretmana i to EG 110 EG 100 i EG 120 EG 110. U kombinaciji tretmana EG 100 EG 90 konstatovana je značajna razlika u sredinama mase tijela (p<0,05), a u svim ostalim kombinacijama tretmana razlika u sredinama mase tijela je bila statistički visoko značajna (p<0,01).

Zaključak Veličine obroka od 80 do 120% u odnosu na preporuku proizvođača hrane različito su se odražavale na karakteristike rasta mlađi dužičaste pastrmke (Oncorhynchus mykiss Wal.). Koeficijent kondicije mlađi dužičaste pastrmke na kraju eksperimenta je bio sličan u tretmanima EG 80, EG 90, EG 100 i EG 110, iako su evidentne razlike u dnevnim normama ishrane. Međutim, u tretmanu EG 120 je bio uočljiv viši koeficijent kondicije što upućuje da su jedinke hranjene sa 20% višom dnevnom veličinom obroka u odnosu na tablične vrijednosti imale značajnije povećanje koeficijenta kondicije (izraženiji rast mase i dužine tijela). Koeficijent konverzije hrane je bio u porastu sa povećanjem veličine obroka, što upućuje da je pri nižim normama ishrane bolja iskorištenost konzumirane hrane. Saglasno količini konzumirane hrane, SGR i TGC su u bili u porastu sa rastom dnevnih normi ishrane koje utiču na optimalnije ispoljavanje genetičkog potencijala rasta jedinki. Ishrana mlađi dužičaste pastrmke starosti od 2 do 3,5 mjeseca sa 100%, 110% i 120% (količina dnevnog obroka u odnosu na preporučenu) nije uticala na pojavu značajnih razlika u dužini tijela. Ishranom manjom od 100% u odnosu na preporučene norme je bio manji rast dužine tijela, a razlike u aritmetičkim sredinama su bile statistički vrlo značajne (p<0,01). U većini kombinacija ovih tretmana razlika u masi tijela je bila statistički vrlo značajna (p<0,01). Generalno se može reći da povećanje veličine obroka za 10% iznad preporučenih vrijednosti ne dovodi do značajne razlike u masi tijela, a ukoliko je to povećanje veće od 10% javljaju se statistički značajne razlike u masi tijela. Povećavanje dnevnih normi ishrane za gajenu dužičastu pastrmku treba biti u skladu sa genetičkim potencijalom rasta i uslovima životne sredine.

Rogić University of Banja Luka, Faculty of Agriculture, Bulevar vojvode Petra Bojovića 1A, Banja Luka, Republic of Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina A b s t r a c t This paper presents the results of the effects of different sizes of meals (80%, 90%, 100%, 110% and 120% regarding the amount recommended by the food producer) on the growth characteristics of young rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss Wal.) aged from 2 to 3.5 months. The experiment was carried out at the Laboratory of Aquaculture, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Banja Luka for a period of 47 days. In the experiment, there were a total of 500 fish, divided into five groups, and placed in the 55-l aquarium with a constant flow of water and the aeration system. The main parameters of water quality were analyzed every day and they included: water temperature C, content of dissolved oxygen mg/l, saturation of water with oxygen % and ph value In the end, the average individual weight and body length (±standard deviation) of young rainbow trout, regarding the experimental groups (EG), were reached: EG ±2.58 g and 9.94±0.76 cm, EG ±2.97 g and 10.45±0.86 cm, EG ±2.91 g and 10.67±0.82 cm, EG ±3.14 g and 10.82±0.78 cm, EG ±3.63 g and 10.81±1.11 cm. Statistically highly significant differences were found between the means of experimental groups (p <0,01). The coefficient of condition of young rainbow trout at the end of the experiment was similar in the treatments EG 80, EG 90, EG 100 and EG 110 (1.06 to 1.09), and it was the highest in the treatment EG 120 (1,15±0,17). Generally, it can be said that increasing of the size of meals up to 10% above the recommended value does not cause significant differences, and if the increase is greater than 10%, statistically significant difference in body weight occurs.
