5 WHAT S NEW IN 2016 NEW YACHTS Windstar welcomes Star Breeze and Star Legend all suite yachts to our expanded Caribbean and Panama Canal voyage collection to begin the year. Making their debut in May 2015, the power yachts underwent a $17 million stem-to-stern renovation including expanded Veranda restaurant and outdoor decks and completely transformed lounges, dining venues, and pool area. NEW VOYAGES Windstar s 2016 Voyage Collection features 11 new voyages, 30 new ports of call, and expanded capacity in popular Iceland and the Panama Canal. Making our first return to an American port in over eight years, Windstar unveils three new voyages from San Juan, Puerto Rico. AMPHORA RESTAURANT (B, D) Our signature fine-dining restaurant, AmphorA, has been completely redesigned with inviting circular booths and plush banquette seating. It features a world-class menu from local market derived specialties to celebrated culinary favorites accompanied by an extensive wine list and served on elegant Rosenthal china with Riedel stemware. The setting is elegant, yet relaxed. No jackets or ties required. Open for continental breakfast and dinner. STELLA BISTRO (L, D) Stella Bistro welcomes diners in stylish new surroundings, with all the flair of a French bistro it provides a perfect place for dining, or for gathering before and after the meal. Available for lunch or dinner, the name, derived from the Latin word for star, was selected as a tribute to the restaurant s special dining experience exclusively available on Wind Surf. This contemporary restaurant seats 124 guests. Reservations are recommended.* VERANDA (B, L) Epicurean displays, an inviting buffet, plentiful outdoor seating, and beautiful lighting highlight Veranda s new look the restaurant s open-air terrace creates the perfect spot for guests to enjoy breakfast and lunch al fresco. CANDLES (D) The outdoor seating area of Veranda transforms into Candles in the evening, where on-deck dining by candlelight highlights every voyage. Both of these plans are optional and must be paid for at time of deposit. Payments are not refundable. Both plans are available for U.S. residents. Because cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including medical and family matters, we strongly recommend the purchase of either the Full Sail Plan, which protects guests if their trip is canceled or interrupted for covered reasons or Full Sail Plus Plan, which provides the added protection of a future cruise credit if they cancel for uncovered reasons.
