The vessel shall have excellent sea-keeping qualities including crew comfort and good stability. The vessel shall have sufficient strength, stability and seaworthiness for its intended services. The vessel and its superstructure shall be of all welded mild steel construction Propulsion shall be by triple (3) high-speed marine diesel engines, each driving a conventional straight shaft with fixed pitched propeller, through a reverxe-reduction gearbox.
