3 About the Developer Hamid Tabibzadeh was born in Iran and immigrated to the United States in 1976 with his parents at the age of 17. In 1983, he graduated from the University of San Francisco majoring in Psychology. Since coming to the United States, Hamid has become a serial entrepreneur having built and/or invested in dozens of businesses and created thousands of jobs. His investments encompass a wide variety of industries including hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare and entertainment. Today he is launching his Dream City project in the Province of Puerto Plata, in the Dominican Republic. This 300 acre (1,325,000-square meter) project will represent the largest development on the Dominican North Coast to date.

4 Management Team Ron Norton, Managing Partner. Ron grew up in New Rochelle, N.Y. and has over 35 years experience managing businesses successfully in such diverse fields as manufacturing, solar, construction, entertainment (including film production) and education. He has degrees in Business Management and Education. His forte is managing companies into profitability. He believes that a well organized team is more powerful than a greater number of individuals and so builds cohesive organizations. He is currently the President of Norton Marketing Management in the Dominican Republic, which manages Dream City. His goal is to create a safe, fun community where everyone can live and prosper. Janet Cushman, Snr. VP Administration. Jan specializes in HR, Accounts, Office Administration and Staff Training. She is an efficiency expert who knows how to take all the parts of an organization and make them produce at expected levels. Her work to analyze corporate financials has brought companies from certain bankruptcy to viability. She has an exceptional ability to troubleshoot and resolve even the most difficult corporate situations. She personifies the essence of management which is caring about the company and its staff. Mrs. Mercedes Yaniré Mejía Parra, Finance Director. Born and raised in Puerto Plata, Yaniré achieved her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra University in She held the position of Controller at the Ocean Sands Casino, Hotel Topacio Azul Deluxe and later on at the Hotel Puerto Plata Beach Resort. Aleksey Mukhanov, VP Operations. Aleksey was born and raised in Russia and has degrees in Finance and Economics. He has held multiple executive positions in Russia including the General Manager of a chemical factory and a real estate development company. After moving to the Dominican Republic in 2013, he assumed the position of Executive Director of Sosua Ocean Village Residential Community. Aleksey s areas of expertise include construction, planning, finance and management. In Dream City he oversees design, architecture, engineering and construction. His aim is to make Dream City a reality. Barry Shereshevsky, Creative Director. Winner of the Clio Award, Hollywood s most prestigious designer recognition, Barry is best known for his creative work on some of Hollywood s most famous movies including Star Wars, Jaws, One Flew Over the Cuckoo s Nest and many more. Less known but no less important is his work in a variety of industries where his creative genius takes the corporate message and turns it into a powerful tool to sell their products. His creative genius is infectious as all his staff will testify.
