1 January 19, 2009 Dear Great Owner, As if the economy wasn t enough, now we have record low temperatures to deal with. Well, we re working hard on trying to fill some seats in your restaurants Sunday through Thursday with our Great s Campaign and it s working! We ve asked our business building consultants to be sure to ask for more business in your restaurant as well. It s a tough times all around and we ll make it work for you to consolidate with us. We have just completed Week 2 of our January campaign (results and review attached). To date, J.Kings has spent over $40,000 to kick off this campaign in January. Enclosed you will find a proposed advertising budget along with this week s greatrestaurantsny.com website results. One of our business building consultants will call you at the end o f the week to see if you and all participating restaurant owners want to continue the advertising campaign for February and March. We re asking those that do (hopefully all) share equally in the advertising budget. We will take the total cost and divide it by the number of participating restaurants and invoice you accordingly.
