This document represents dealer signage approved for the Performance Program and Co-op reimbursement. The process of ordering your signage is simple. 1) Select your preferences of the sign(s) needed for your location. 2) Send the attached order form via fax or to Omaha Neon. Please include all contact information. 3) An Omaha Neon representative will contact you for confirmation of your order, discuss specification and will start the verification of municipal codes involved. Omaha Neon will ship the sign and all proper hardware and non-corrosive fasteners necessary to install the signage. For your installers detailed drawings of the signage are available on request. All pole signs will include an additional 5' length of pipe to facilitate the proper installation of the footings. The following pages illustrate the approved signage variations available.

2 V-FLAG Double/Face Flag Mount Pole Sign The unique pole design will let the Valley name stand out along your property's right-of-way. For high visibility at night, all illuminated signs use LED lighting and are built and assembled to UL Code. Sign includes pole. $3,940.00

3 V-DUAL Double/Face Dual Pole Sign Whether you select single/pole or double/pole signs, both variations are designed to exceed wind-tolerance specifications. Sign includes two poles. $4,940.00

4 V-DUAL ID Double/Face Dual Pole with Dealer ID Sign The double/pole sign is designed to exceed wind-tolerance specifications. The additional real estate below the Valley sign provides two options for unique dealership identification. Sign includes two poles. $5, NOTE: OPTION TO CHOOSE ONE LINE DEALER NAME ID (28 CHARACTERS MAX) OR TWO LINE DEALER NAME ID (56 CHARACTERS MAX). THIS IS NOT LIT AND DEALERSHIP LOGOS CANNOT BE USED.
