1 To: Forest River; Coachmen Galleria Owner and Dealers RE: Galleria Awning Reseal Document Control Number: Dear Forest River; Coachmen Galleria Owner(s) & Dealer(s): February 16, 2016 Coachmen Galleria, a Division of Forest River, Inc., has decided that certain 2016 Galleria GAB24SQM, GAB24STM, GAB24TTM and GAC24STM Class B motorhomes may have an issue affecting water management near the awning bracket and may need to be resealed. This Technical Service Bulletin is being sent to you in an effort to help ensure that the awning rail on top of the Galleria is sealed with sufficient caulk to allow satisfactory water egress away from the awning s mechanical fasteners. Please review the following pages as they outline and walk you through the process and procedure of ensuring the proper seal is applied. Please contact your Coachmen Galleria Dealer or any other Forest River dealer to perform this Technical Service Bulletin. The Owner shall not be charged for this service. If you have paid to have this preformed already under the scope of this Technical Service Bulletin you will be entitled to reimbursement. Please contact the listed people below. Galleria - Awning Reseal Procedure (Field) Items required: Caulk gun, (2) tubes of Titan MP-76AMCW (self-leveling sealant) Make sure surfaces are clean and dry before resealing. 1.

2 Galleria - Awning Reseal Procedure (Field) Items required: Caulk gun, (2) tubes of Titan MP-76AMCW (self-leveling sealant) Make sure surfaces are clean and dry before resealing. 1. Fill the inside of the mounting channel at the front edge of the front awning bracket with selfleveling sealant. 2. Cover the front end of the aluminum awning bracket and continue around the back side. 1 2 Page 2 7

3 3. Run the self-leveling sealant down entire back edge of awning bracket. 4. Extra sealant is required to ensure coverage of the two mounting bolt heads. 3 4 Page 3 7

4 5. Continue running caulk along rear edge of awning bracket, same as was done on the front edge (step 2). 6. Fill the inside of the mounting channel right behind the aluminum bracket, same as was done on the front of the awning (step 1). 5 6 Page 4 7

5 7. Repeat the same procedure on the 2 nd (rear) mounting bracket toward the rear of the awning. Page 5 7
