CONTENTS LOCKER MANUFACTURE 01 Our locker manufacturing plant, located in Caerphilly near the M4, occupies some 35,000 sq feet of a ½ acre site that enables us to have complete control over the locker manufacturing process. 02

3 FEATURES Skid rail bottoms - One piece locker base is designed to give additional strength and also has the benefit of glides to protect the floor and allow flow of air to assist drying under the locker. Lock enclosure The lock enclosure is designed to fit a self-adhesive number plate or your own name card. Integral sloping top The sloping top is an integral part of the locker side and not an attachment that sits on the top. Stiffened doors All doors have full length stiffeners made of the same gauge material as the door. 5 FEATURES A range of lockers with Solid Grade Laminate (SGL) doors fitted to a steel carcass with a bolt through supercoated hinge. This gives you a locker with the combined advantage of SGL doors combined with the strength of the spot welded steel carcass. The result of this marriage is an extremely robust locker built to resist vandalism at an affordable price. Available in the full range of standard sizes with a flat or sloping top. Manufactured and constructed from 0.7 steel carcass and a 10mm solid grade laminate door (SGL) Ideal for the education sector or areas where the lockers are a feature. Fireman s Boot seat Locker has a fixed shelf, with a coat rail and two coat hooks. The lift up lid is retained in the closed position by the main door when locked. COMPLIMENTARY PRODUCTS An extensive range of cloakroom units with matching SGL slats is available, including wet area benching. Single and double sided cloakroom units and hook boards. End panels if required for aesthetic reasons are available. 18

11 FEATURES The TITAN and TITAN PLUS offer a more robust locker, and are the tough guys in our brochure. The TITAN can help eliminate the damage that can often happen when lockers are badly used. The doors and stiffeners are made from 1.2mm steel and are safety edged, then secured to specially strengthened pillars. These lockers are ideal for schools, colleges, or any area where there is heavy usage or where damage may be a re-occurring problem. Titan Plus This locker offers the same range of features and sizes as the Titan but with an even heavier gauge mild steel door. Doors and stiffeners are made from 1.5mm gauge Mild steel. We can offer a complete range of sizes from a full length locker to a 6 tier unit, with flat or sloping top, in sizes from x 300w x 300d to 1800 x 450w x 450d. 19 TITAN & TITAN PLUS The TITAN and TITAN Plus range offer a more robust locker. This is ideal for schools or any area where there is heavy usage, or where damage may be a problem. There are a wide range of sizes. 20

12 FEATURES Benches are available in either 50mm heavy duty tube as the image of the cloakroom unit on the left or with 25mm x 50mm classic frame shown in the bench seat near left. All options are available in the colour range, with either ash slats or SGL slats. The stand seat raises the locker 400mm off the floor and comes with a 300mm deep bench for added locker room functionality. Stands are available for all lockers in a range of colours and sizes. 21 CLOAKROOM COLLECTION Double or single cloakroom units can be supplied in a variety of sizes to suit your needs. Manufactured from 50mm round heavy duty tube, with ash or sgl seating, hook board and back seat. Overall height 1675mm with a seat height of 400mm. 22

13 LOCKING OPTIONS Camlock with 2 keys Our 10 lever Cam Lock provides an economical locking option. Master keyes are available. Hasp & Staple fitting suitable for a padlock This lock fitting is suitable for use with a padlock with minimum shank of 5.8mm and maximum shank of 6.8mm. Padlocks not supplied. Coin/Token Return Lock Ideal where locks are shared. The key is released when the coin/token is inserted. The coin/token is returned to the user when the door is opened. Coin/Token Retain Lock Also suitable where locks are shared. This option allows the the coin/token to be retained as an additional income stream. Electrical 10 Digit Lock This is a battery operated keyless lock which can be programmed for private or public use. 4 Digit Combination Lock This is a keyless locking solution. Master keys are available. 23 OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES All lockers come as standard with either camlock with 2 keys or a hasp and staple fitting suitable for a padlock which is not supplied.
