Pd Mini Pd Mini is designed for use between the shop and the area behind the serving counter, to provide good contact between the staff and the customers, although still defining the boundary of the customer area.

The polycarbonate sheet is bent into a V-shape at the top, which is characteristic for Bernos. This feature stiffens the door leaf and eliminates vibrations that may occur when a vehicle bumps up against it. This extends the useful life of the door. 3 Wherever space in areas such as transport passageways is very confined or if the traffic must turn through 90 in either direction, the swing doors must be capable of opening through 2 x 180. Bernos can offer its special 360 system for all manual swing doors. Pd 200 D with 360 system. Black wear protection, and type C frame of ground stainless steel sheet. Pd 530 Adjoining rooms with a temperature differential require specific attention. Pd 530 is particularly well-suited for this duty. 5 The need for securing the warehouse in a supermarket when only a few of the staff are working, evenings and weekends have increased dramatically. The swing door, which is usually fitted between the shop and the warehouse, is exposed to heavy traffic during opening hours but also needs to be locked when the staff is reduced. PD 100 S prohibits the entry into the warehouse in the evenings and is built to take heavy traffic during opening hours. Function When there is only a few people working you can lock the door blade with an electric lock. Code lock or swipe card can be used to open the lock, which automatically closes after a set time. If the door doesn t go back into the closed position the alarm will sound after 20 seconds. During opening hours when the electric lock is open the door can be used as a regular swing door without any disruption for the staff. Construction Door blade The Security swing door is based on our model PD 100 completed at the top with a rigid aluminium profile to reinforce the top of the door blade which will help to prohibit unauthorised people to enter. Hinges (self-closing or stay open in 90 deg.) with possibility to adjust angle of door blade. Bernos swing doors are always equipped with safety edge at the back of door blade. Auto control box PDS 2000 Control is adapted to customers passage control. Indication of open/locked electric lock, positioning of door, alarm if the door is opened with force or emergency opening is activated, pushes buttons for open/close. Signal to external alarm can be taken from the control box.
