RON FOXCROFT Inventor, Founder and C.E.O. of Fox 40 International Inc. Ron is the Inventor of the iconic Fox 40 Pealess Whistle which is now sold in over 140 countries and is sanctioned by most major sports worldwide. He is also the founder of Fox 40, a Canadian company that proudly dominates the world-wide sport and safety whistle industry. In the past year, Ron has been featured in the New York Times, on CBC and ESPN, and he s had an audience with the Queen at Buckingham Palace. He has been named Citizen of the Year for his hometown, received honorary degrees from major Colleges and inducted in Sports and Business Hall of Fames. But it s his pride in knowing he has assembled a dedicated Team at Fox 40 and a loyal customer base. Ron feels this is one of his greatest accomplishments. I enjoy attending tradeshows and greeting our customers, many who have been with us since day one, states Ron. Ron officiated the 1976 Olympic Gold Medal Basketball Game. He enjoyed a distinguished career in NCAA Division 1, highlighted by officiating Michael Jordan s first college game and the Sweet 16. Referee Magazine named Ron as one of the 52 most influential persons in North American Officiating history. Ron is currently employed for the 14th season by the NBA, evaluating the performance of their referees. DAVE FOXCROFT President and C.O.O. of Fox 40 International Inc. Dave Foxcroft has listened to whistles all of his life; he has also listened to the people who use them. Knowing everything about his products and his customers is very important to him. Here at Fox 40, Dave is responsible for managing Fox 40 s Global Sales, Marketing and Operations. He oversees the development of the company s diverse, innovative product base and strategic acquisitions. Dave credits Fox 40 s highly capable team, which prides itself on superior customer service and unwavering commitment to innovation and design. If he isn t at Fox 40 s Worldwide Headquarters, you will find him working as a Professional Head Referee in the Canadian Football League (CFL Referee #30). Ronnie is new to the Fox 40 Team but is no stranger to the family business. Growing up with Fox 40, Ronnie has done just about every job within the company, while attending school and developing knowledge of the company and industries serviced by Fox 40. Ronnie recently graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he studied Business and Economics. He has joined the Fox 40 team as Business Development Manager. I plan on using the knowledge I have acquired over the years to serve you, our customer, not only meeting but exceeding your expectations, says Ronnie. Ronnie will manage many aspects of the company, focusing on sales and customer service as well as product knowledge. Familiarizing himself with Fox 40 customers and developing as many business relationships as possible, Ronnie will contribute to the growth and success of Fox 40.
