2 Welcome to CardKeep! Plastic cards can be found everywhere nowadays. Such cards often contain very valuable information - in graphic form as images and text, in magnetic or electronic form. Incorrect storage is the most common cause of cards being damaged or lost. During the last two decades, CardKeep has been developing a complete system for card handling that minimises losses while maintaining extensive freedom of choice with regard to designing personal solutions. We place the greatest emphasis on the design of our products because we want to be able to offer both discreet and attractive solutions, and we always deliver top quality. ExpoGraf CardKeep International AB is the exclusive licensee for the CardKeep brand as well as all the patents and design protections that over the years have made CardKeep the concept it is today. We first produced CardKeep, the very first card holder for ID cards and data cards, at the beginning of the 1980s. The CardKeep holder was a huge success and became a recognised concept on the market Over the years we have developed a range of new products that have been well received by our customers. Developments have progressed from card holders for one card to multi-card holders, yoyos, card racks, lanyards, etc. Most of the plastics in our products are thermoplastics, which means that they are recyclable. For example, the majority of the card holders are manufactured from polypropylene (PP), which only forms carbon dioxide and water when burned. All standard products can be rapidly delivered from stock. If you require a non-standard solution, we are happy to be at your service. 4 4 CARD HOLDERS Assembly and choice of colour When you order a card holder or other items with accessories fitted, please specify which accessories you require, type of assembly and the colour you require at the time of ordering. The image to the left shows a card holder with a horizontally (landscape) mounted clip. The image to the right shows a card holder with a vertically (portrait) mounted clip. Size and card format The dimensions given are the overall measurements of the product. In the catalogue, unless otherwise stated, the length measurement (L) is always the product s longest side, the width measurement (B) is the shorter side and the height (H) is the thickness of the product (excluding any protruding hoops and/or accessories). Plastic pockets are always specified as widthxheight (BxH). The measurements are given in millimetres (mm). Card format indicates the type of card for which the product is designed. The most common card standards are: CR80 (Credit card): 85.5x54 mm. CR60 (IBM card): 82.5x59 mm. CR100: 98.5x67 mm. 5 5 Card holders For convenient storage of any frequently used plastic card, use one of our patented card holders. The contact area is minimal and the card is held firmly and securely. Our card holders can be divided up into three categories: single card holders for one card, multi-holders for up to six cards and covered card holders that can be used when the card requires protection against wear and tear, damp and dirt. The single and multi-holders have a useful thumb grip, making the card easy to handle with one hand. 10 10 Yoyos Our yoyo is a reel box with a retractable cord that is practical for cards in frequent use. Our yoyos are high quality and are available in a number of different designs. They are available for cards, keys or tags (transponders). The yoyo is ideal for logo printing, etc., and many customers have chosen to profile their own yoyo. 14 14 Lanyards (logo straps) Wearing cards or keys on a strap round your neck has become popular in numerous situations. The strap, which we call a lanyard, can be personalised with a printed or woven logo. There are a number of attachment options to choose from for cards, card holders, plastic pockets or keys.
