2 Purpose OUR BACKGROUND Kher Life was established in 2004 by Ms Esther Ding, a Malaysian national who cae to Cabodia to work with the Cabodian Methodist Services (CMS), a non-governental organization working with the poor in Kopong Tho Province. Since that tie, Kher Life has blossoed into a ature project of CMS, currently eploying 25 full-tie staff and several other part-tie eployees. OUR VISION Our vision for those we work with is abundant life, where their physical, eotional, social and spiritual needs are being et. We want the to discover their true abilities, full potential and real self-worth. OUR OBJECTIVES To produce high quality products which reflect the culture of Cabodia. To provide an opportunity for the less privileged to be creative and becoe entrepreneurs. To create a sustainable brand that reflects the personality and character of the people we work with. OUR VALUES Holistic We believe in dealing with the person as a whole physical, eotional, spiritual and social and helping the ove towards an abundant life. Self-worth We want to foster a sense of dignity and self-worth aongst our staff, boosting their orale and helping the to develop a vision for the future. Nature inspired We use natural, God-given resources such as wood, leaves and coconut shells to ake handicrafts that reflect the beauty of the created world. Reinvestent All our profits are ploughed back into Kher Life and used to acquire equipent and provide further eployent opportunities for disadvantaged Cabodians.
