2 i Helpful Information... Welcome Aboard This guide details the various bus services operated by Stuart's Coaches in the Shoalhaven Region. Our modern fleet of air-conditioned and passenger friendly buses will enable you to access shopping centres, work, schools etc. quickly and comfortably. Be on time We suggest you arrive at the bus stop 5 min. prior to the published time to allow enough time to ensure you have correct fare and concession cards ready. Regional Excursion Daily We offer on all our services to recognised Pension Concession Card holders the option to purchase a RED Ticket which is available on all Shoalhaven Bus Services. Conditions do apply and must be met. Concession Fares Concession passes must be shown to the driver or authorised inspector or a full adult fare will be charged. Children travelling on half fare concession or school passes should not occupy a seat whilst adults are standing. Hail Driver We use bus stops where identified, but we recognise this is not always suitable and bus services can be hailed. Please ensure when 'hailing' that you ensure the location is safe for the bus to stop. Accessible Services Whilst accessible buses operate most routes and times, we ask that you ring the day before to ensure availability on a specific service. Reliability / Cleanliness Every effort is made to run buses at times shown in the timetable, however unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion may cause unavoidable delays. Public Holidays / Weekends / School Holidays Stuart's Coaches do not operate services on gazetted Public Holidays or on Weekends. Please note during School Holidays alternate timetable does apply. Please Remember Smoking, the consumption of alcohol and the consumption of food on buses is strictly prohibited. Bicycles can only be transported by prior arrangement. For all lost property please contact our administration office. Toxic, inflammable and /or hazardous materials are not permitted on buses or coaches.
