If your group is 50 people or more, we can recommend the best Climb for your team based on the details of your event. For groups of 50 people or less, we recommend choosing from a 3.5 hour, a 2.25 or 1.5 hour experience. Our Climbs BridgeClimb 3.5 hours The original Climb experience. If you have more time available in your team s itinerary, this Climb might be just the trick. In 3.5 hours, your group will take the upper arch to the summit where a panorama of Sydney awaits them. BridgeClimb Express 2.25 hours Introduced especially for the corporate and incentive market, the benefit of this Climb is time. In 2.25 hours, your group can experience the full BridgeClimb experience walking along catwalks, climbing over and under parts of the Bridge and ascending the inner arch to the summit for spectacular views across Sydney. BridgeClimb Mandarin 3.5 hours & 2.25 hours Follow either the BridgeClimb or BridgeClimb Express route to the summit led by a Mandarin speaking Climb Leader. BridgeClimb Sampler 1.5 hours Get a taste of the world famous BridgeClimb! In just 1.5 hours, ascend the inner arch of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge to a spectacular vantage point halfway to the top. This Climb is available at various times during the day and is suitable if your group would like a shorter and more economical taste of the Bridge without climbing to the summit. 4 FAQS Is it safe to climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge? Safety is paramount at BridgeClimb. We equip you with all the outdoor gear you ll need for your Climb based on the day s weather conditions and our Health & Safety Essentials. We choose to undertake annual internal and external certified Work Health Safety audits and have obtained the highest available accreditation in Australia. In the past 16 years, over 3 million people have safely climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge. For a complete risk assessment document please ask. Can people with a fear of heights climb? In most cases, yes. We have helped thousands of people challenge their fear of heights by climbing to the top of the Bridge. Do I need to bring anything on the day? Please bring with you comfortable, enclosed rubber-soled walking shoes. We recommend you wear comfortable clothing which may be worn underneath your BridgeSuit for warmth during cooler months.you are also welcome to bring glasses/sunglasses as required. Can pregnant women climb? If a team member is less than 24 weeks pregnant, she can participate with a signed Certificate Of Fitness form, available for download from our website, and signed by her GP. We request the individual brings this with them on the day of the climb. If you are over 24 weeks pregnant you cannot climb. Can people with injuries, medical conditions or a disability climb? We do our best to help everyone climb. To participate in the experience, team members will need to have a general level of health and fitness, and the ability to climb independently. To find out more, please speak to our staff for advice. Can I bring my camera or mobile phone? No. Climbers cannot take loose objects, including mobile phones,cameras and GoPros, on the Bridge. This is to safeguard against anything falling from the Bridge. We provide secure lockers for you to keep your camera or any loose objects during your Climb. Our photographicallytrained Climb Leaders will capture photos of you and your team during your Climb. Do you cancel climbs when it rains? BridgeClimb is an all-weather experience and we will equip you and your team in all the gear you ll need to keep you safe and comfortable based on the day s weather conditions. We love to climb, but we will postpone Climbs during electrical storms or during times of extremely high wind. If you have any questions please ask our team. I have a large group over 100 people; how would you manage our climb? Depending on your exact numbers and chosen Climb, we would split your team into groups of 14 people with each group departing every 5-10 minutes. We can be flexible with your group structure. Speak to us about designing a tailored Climb to meet your requirements. Can I book an exclusive climb? Yes. Please talk to our team for options for your group. Do you offer a special group rate? Climb packages are quoted based on the requirements of your event. Please contact our team to find out more. Do you require payment at the time of booking? For a booking of up to 14 people, BridgeClimb requires payment in full at the time the reservation is made. For a booking with 15 climbers or more, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. In this case, a confirmation of the final numbers and the remaining balance must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the Climb date. What types of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Diner s Club, Union Pay, Alipay, WeChat Wallet, PayPal cheque and payments by EFT. If you choose to pay with a credit card, we do not charge credit card fees. Can I get a copy of your insurance policy and public liability? Yes. Please ask our team. 9 Canapés at the Summit Make scaling the Sydney Harbour Bridge a truly unique and unforgettable experience by celebrating at the summit with delicious gourmet canapés. 11 Case Study: Picture Perfect China sets new BridgeClimb record Situation In July 2013 more than 3,000 Chinese delegates, from direct selling company Perfect China, travelled to Sydney to attend the company s annual Leadership Seminar. Invitations to the event were given to high performing team members as a staff reward. The Perfect China delegates experienced a variety of iconic Sydney activities including a harbour cruise, sheep shearing, and a climb to the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Perfect China s Chairman, Mr Koo, said of the group s BridgeClimb experience: We really liked the idea of literally sending our high-achievers to new heights by climbing a true Sydney icon. Over four days more than 2,100 delegates climbed to the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge setting a new Bridge record for the largest corporate group booking in BridgeClimb s 15 year history. QUICK FACTS More than 2,100 Perfect China delegates climbed the Bridge between 13 and 16 July BridgeClimb operated under a Super Capacity Model in which group sizes increased from 14 climbers and 1 Climb Leader, to 42 climbers with 3 Climb Leaders. Climb groups departed every 15 minutes. Perfect China was granted exclusive access to the Bridge for a period over the four days. Outcome Co-branding was utilised in the Climb Base and on BridgeClimb memorabilia. 95.2% rated their overall BridgeClimb experience as very good to excellent. (Source: BridgeClimb Customer Survey). We came to experience the best of Sydney, and BridgeClimb was the perfect way to see the beauty of Australia s biggest city in a short space of time, said Perfect China President, Mr Woo Swee Lian. Outcomes From 13 to 16 July, BridgeClimb operated under a Super Capacity Model to deliver an outstanding experience to each and every Perfect China delegate. Due to the importance and size of this group, BridgeClimb granted exclusive access of BridgeClimb s Climb Base, as well as the climb routes on the Sydney Harbour Bridge, to Perfect China for a period of time over the four days. Perfect China delegates were welcomed to BridgeClimb by a video of their CEO and President, specially filmed on the Bridge for the event, in BridgeClimb s Cinema. Co-branding was incorporated throughout the Climb Base as well as on the delegates BridgeClimb caps and certificates of achievement. Challenges The Perfect China group more than tripled BridgeClimb s previous group record. Based on the unique size and requirements of Perfect China, BridgeClimb developed a tailored climb experience, from delegate check-in to climber descent, to ensure every climber experienced a world-class customer experience whilst simultaneously respecting the intricacies of Chinese culture. To successfully cater for this group, BridgeClimb operated under the aforementioned Super Capacity Model where group sizes were increased, climbs departed every 15 minutes, and all groups were led in the Mandarin language. To achieve this, BridgeClimb sourced an increased number of Mandarin speaking Climb Leaders especially. The positive response from the delegates, evident in the customer survey results, is testament to the experience and professional nature of BridgeClimb s team during operation.

We have since been told that this is the largest single group that has climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge in a single day. Invigorated by fresh air and excitement, Amway s top sellers were encouraged to dance and sing their way to the Bridge s summit by BridgeClimb Leaders tour guides who told tales of Australia s history and offered stories and secrets of the 80-year-old bridge. Demonstrating Sydney s ability to cater for large groups, Amway Malaysia s brief was successfully met when 700 top sellers experienced BridgeClimb and a Sydney Sailing regatta simultaneously and within business hours. We wanted to give our participants an extraordinary experience and decided on the BridgeClimb and the sailing regatta to be carried out on the same day, said Mohd Isa Ibrahim, Head of Sales, Amway Malaysia. 14 Case Study: NYU gets on top of business In 2015, forty one students from the NYU Stern School of Business visited Sydney in participation of AGSM & the University of NSW Business School s Doing Business in Australia program. During this program, the group had the opportunity to visit BridgeClimb and learn directly about how this unique and thriving Sydney business was conceived and built by one of Australia s leading businessmen, Paul Cave. From a novel concept to a thriving reality, BridgeClimb is the result of a dream that Paul was determined to share with the world. In a presentation led by Dylan Rowland, BridgeClimb s General Manager of Sales, in BridgeClimb s private cinema, equipped with theatre seating and large cinema screen, the students were educated on how this novel concept was turned into reality small group tours to the summit of the internationally renowned Sydney Harbour Bridge. Before having the opportunity to experience the original 3.5 hour BridgeClimb experience, the group was provided with a private lunch in their own space inside BridgeClimb s Visitor Centre, to reflect on their learnings. The whole BridgeClimb experience was a highlight of the program, receiving outstanding feedback from the participants. The staff at BridgeClimb were a pleasure to deal with their responsiveness and efficiency really adding to the whole experience.
