9 2. Payment of hotel bills Unless arrangements have been made with specific European and Asian Partners, all Asian and European Experts will be responsible for their own hotel bills. CAA Bangladesh has special corporate rate at Sarina Hotel. A Deluxe room rate with breakfast is USD 130 plus additional 10% service charge and 15% VAT 3. Meals - Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh will provide Lunches and Coffee/Tea- Breaks for every working day. - Other meals to be taken care of by the delegates themselves. 4. Transportation between Airport and Hotel. The Project does not provide transportation between airport and the hotel. Local transfers are available at the airport such as taxis, buses and limousines. 8
