1 THE MINISTRY OF THE SEA, TRANSPORT AND INFRASTRUCTURE Pursuant to Article167 of the Air Traffic Act (Official Gazette 132/98, 178/04 and 46/07), the Minister of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure hereby issues the following ORDER ON AMENDMENTS TO THE ORDER ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY LIST OF AIR CARRIERS SUBJECT TO AN OPERATING BAN WITHIN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA Article (1) In the Order on the establishment of a Community list of air carriers subject to an operating ban within the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette 40/08) Annex 2 is amended. (2) Annex 2 set out in paragraph 1 of this Article is printed with this Order and constitutes its integral part. Article 2 This Order shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
