4 (10) Regarding Hand Luggage and Baggage This is the budget proposal for Educationalist & Professional to Travel Singapore / Malaysia for Tourism and attending the Convention for one day session. So, the Hand cabin Luggage is allowed only 7 Kg included Laptop. In case, you need to carry more weight, Please check the additional cost from Airlines, based on the weight and proceed for payment to carry additional Baggage. (19) International Charger & Electric Plug It is better to carry the Multi plug & Charger for International Mobile Usage. Indian Charger cannot be used in Singapore & Malaysia. 6 (21) Documents Care Every Passenger should follow the Regulations and must keep all the documents, Wallet & money, Mobile Phone, etc. In safe place, also in Hotel location and it is always under your custody. If any theft, Loss, etc. The Management, Travel Agency, Organizer, Convention Director, Team Leader will not take any such responsibility for the said matter and it is with individual safety. (22) Self-food Snacks- Tablets Arrangements The passenger may carry the snacks, Tablets, little water, etc. with their own arrangements. Any unhealthy passengers, untoward incident happen, the management, etc. Will not take any responsibility during the International travel and the unhealthy person must take care themselves. (23) Children s Care The Passenger coming with Children s must take care during the International Travel. (24) Shopping Center Time: Singapore: Malaysia: will be allotted to visit the shopping complex Mustafa Shopping Complex, Little India, Singapore. Haneefa Shopping Complex, Masjid India, Kuala Lumpur. (25) Un authorized Person(s) All passenger must take care while travelling in Bus etc. Should not give the money, etc. to an unauthorized person(s). Please Consult with Mr. K.Rajendran. (26) Rooms Check in & Check Out - Key Responsibility (as per the alloted Hotel) 1. Keys should be handed over to Team Leaders only 2. Excelling Billing of Hotel Accommodation/food settled by individual only 3. Please follow the hotel Rules & Regulations (27) Cleanliness & Misbehavior 1. Please use dustbin 2. Follow Singapore- Malaysia - Other Countries Regulations. 3. Any misbehavior in Singapore, Malaysia, other countries will be highly punishable as per the country Law. 4. (35) School Children s Participation 1. The Children Participation Certificate for International Travel will be issued at free of cost. 2. The School Children s International Award may be issued based on the skills and the Shield Cost Rs. 2000/- and it should be confirmed before the award ceremony. Letter of Skills should be obtained from Schools- institution. (47) Why / Where to Carry Passport During the Travel in any Place (Day/Night) the Passport with Visa must carry along with the Individual Passenger for Safety Requirements. Please don t walk without Passport in any Location. Any time the police will verify the same. (57) Hard Copy of Award Certificate Hence, the Special Quality Hard Copy will be released (or) given in Malaysia-other country to every Recipient; the photographs will be taken at the session. So, it is necessary that the every passenger must cooperate for the said matters.however, We / the management will concentrate for the better cooperation with the International passengers. (62) Inconvenient Rest-Refresh - Toilet Room Facility Some Country Like Singapore, China, Hong Kong will follow the culture of their country and may not be suitable for Indians, may not be available, like Mug- Buckets- Facet, in some of the Hotel, Airport.etc., Hence, You are required to carry with you at least One (1) Litre Water Bottle for the Emergency usage & for comfort, or plan accordingly. So, this is for your information please, it is practical. Don't blame the management or organizer.
