The Grüner family and all the staff wish you an exciting and relaxing stay in our house. This brochure is designed as a guide to everything you might need in, around and outside the house. It also explains how things work and what we can arrange especially for you. Basically, an A Z of useful information. Unique Grüner features, such as the Alpine Park or Alpine Spa, are available to you each day and promise all you need for an utterly relaxing break. Take the large natural swimming pool right on your doorstep, for example, which provides the perfect spot for a refreshing dip. Or the extensive range of sports equipment, which is here for you to rent in all seasons. Bicycles/e-bikes/ mountain bikes Cards/stamps Centre Shuttle Chemist Church The hire of mountain bikes and e-bikes is included in the price pick up your bikes from the AlpinTreff by prior arrangement. For more details see page 18. Available at reception. The Centre Shuttle connects Innerwald district with the centre of Sölden in just three minutes. You can hop on right outside your front door and be in the village before you know it! Catholic services are held regularly in the Parish Church of the Visitation. Please ask reception for church service times. 4 Culinary delicacies to take home Daily room cleaning Dentist As a tasty memento from the Grüner kitchen, you can take a selection of Grüner specialities away with you. So you can enjoy a little piece of holiday, a little piece of Grüner, at home. All these products are homemade either by us or come from regional suppliers or local farmers. These high-quality products make ideal souvenirs and are available from our speciality market. Browse our range at your leisure: homemade sausage, smoked sausage, dry-cured ham, various local cheeses, homemade bread and Alpine honey. Not forgetting the house schnapps or pine schnapps. Our room service staff will make sure your room is always spotless. We kindly ask you, however, to make sure clothes, shoes or toys are not left lying on the floor, as these will not be picked up. Dogs Early departure Entrance Flowers Glasses cleaner Hairdresser We kindly ask our guests with dogs to have consideration for other holidaymakers, who may not be as comfortable with your fourlegged friend. To avoid any potential upset, dogs are not permitted in the dining room. Please understand that in the event of early departure we must still charge the full amount as per booking confirmation. The main door is closed at 10 pm. It is always possible to exit from inside the house. After 10 pm you can open the main door using your room chip card. Simply hold the card against the door opener (key card) to the left of the door. We are happy to organise flowers for you. They can be delivered to the house within one day. You are welcome to leave your glasses/goggles at reception to be cleaned. We have an ultrasonic device and special liquid, which achieve perfect results in 5 minutes. Please ask at reception we will gladly arrange an appointment for you. Newspapers Parking Payment Police We are happy to order your preferred daily newspaper for you. Please let us know by 12 pm the previous day and you will find it on your breakfast table. Please park your vehicle in the underground car park or in one of the open-air parking bays. We accept cash, EC cards, Visa or Mastercard. Should you wish to depart earlier than 7.30 am, we kindly ask you to settle your account the evening before (by 9.30 pm). If your room is not already reserved on your day of departure, a late checkout may be possible for an additional charge. Please make sure, however, that this is arranged with reception beforehand. Post office Reception Room keys The Post office is located just below the church. You can also hand any correspondence in to reception. There is a postal service from Monday to Friday. If you receive any newspapers, letters, s or a fax, we will place them in your room key pigeonhole at reception. The reception is manned from 8 am until 6 pm daily and again from 9 pm until 10 pm. You can call reception by dialling 9 on your room telephone. In very urgent cases, you can reach us outside of these hours also on this number. Our room keys are contactless chip cards. They can also be used for access to the depot, spa area and main entrance (after pm). Luggage depot You are welcome to store your bags in our luggage depot. Please enquire with reception or room service. 6 7

6 Safe Shop Instructions on how to operate the room safe can be found on the inside of your wardrobe, where the safe is located. Please leave the safe open when you depart. All bedrooms and the dining room are nonsmoking areas. Smoking is only permitted on your balcony or in the Kaminzimmer (lounge with fireplace) in the tavern. 10 Alpine Spa Bathing and Sauna Rules To ensure a visit to the Alpine Spa is a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following:» Please wear only slippers or flip-flops in this area.» Do not bring mobile phones with you into the spa area.» Please observe the basic rules of bathing and sauna hygiene.» There are plenty of relaxation loungers available. Please do not reserve them by leaving towels, books, bags etc. on them.» Do not use the sauna if you are hungry or have a full stomach.» Please always shower before entering the sauna and please dry off well before entering the cabin.» Please ensure you do not sweat onto the wood in the sauna: always sit or lie on a spread-out hand or sauna towel.» Please keep quiet in the sauna area.
