Twin Oaks Hammocks has been in business since As much as possible we acquire raw materials and handle all manufacturing steps ourselves.we mill our own logs, spin yarn into rope, and weave, package, and ship every hammock and chair. By purchasing from Twin Oaks Hammocks you are supporting a workers cooperative, a U.S.based business, and sustainable production practices. Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it, in new condition, within 30 days and receive a refund (minus shipping). Warranty: Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years from purchase date. This is the best warranty in the industry. Shipping: We ship UPS Ground, which requires a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). Expedited shipping is available.
