Fishing Fishing for arctic char in the rivers an in salt water within park bounaries an ajacent to the park bounaries is permitte with proper licenses. Currently, the require licenses are the Newfounlan inlan fishing licenses for non-resients who wish to fish in inlan waters. Any non-resient is require to have a guie while fishing in inlan waters in northern Labraor. No licenses are require for non-resients fishing in the ocean. Resients of NL o not require a license for arctic char in freshwater or the ocean. Bag limits are 2 per person per ay. You are only allowe to have 2 ays total catch in your possession. D.
