3 ITINERARY DAY FEB (SUN) - SINGAPORE REYKJAVIK Flight: Singapore/Helsinki AY /0540 (12hr 00min) Helsinki/Reykjavik AY /0935 (3hr 50min) Upon arrival, you will be transferred 45min from the airport to Reykjavik. Enjoy a half day tour of this compact capital. The Pearl, where you can view the capital area and beyond and the spectacular coastline and harbour area, the Höfdi house - venue of THE landmark end of the cold war meeting in 1986 between President Reagan and General Secretary Gorbachev. Tonight, enjoy a welcome dinner at Grillmarkadurinn, a highly raved restaurant in Reykjavik. Accommodation: Canopy Hotel by Hilton Meals: Lunch & Dinner DAY FEB (MON) - REYKJAVIK GOLDEN TRIANGLE SKALAKOT This morning, take your Super Jeeps to Thingvellir national park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will walk through the geological fault known as Almannagjá (Europe and North America tectonic plates pulling apart), to the place where Europe s oldest national legislative assembly, the Icelandic Althing, was established in AD 930. On the way we stop in Haukadalur Valley at the Geothermal Area. Witness the spouting Geyser Strokkur eject a giant plume of steam at intervals of 5 minutes. Have a special tasting of freshly baked hot spring bread, served with Icelandic butter, boiled egg (also boiled in the geothermal area) and herring, served with a glass of Geysir Schapps at freezing point. We will then head up to the glacier Langjökull, where you will experience an exhilarating glacier experience driving 2-seater Snowmobiles. (No experience needed but driving license required) End your sightseeing at Gullfoss waterfall, considered by many as the most beautiful in Iceland. Evening check in at Skalakot for a 2 nights stay, one of the best spot for northern lights, guests can receive a wake-up call if the Aurora appears. If the need arises, your drivers will be happy to take you further out into the wilderness. Accommodation: Skalakot Manor DAY FEB (TUE) - SKALAKOT THORSMORK SKALAKOT Today, experience the power of the super jeeps in Thorsmörk Canyon. This area of pristine beauty is only accessible by 4x4 vehicles due to the many meandering streams. A truly beautiful and rugged landscape where glacier tongues pitted with volcanic ash spill down over the jagged peaks of the surrounding mountains. Accommodation: Skalakot Manor

4 ITINERARY DAY FEB (WED) - SKALAKOT FOSSHOTEL G.L. This morning, we head to the south coast where vast black lava beaches as far as the eye can see, massive waterfalls tumbling down with all their force, columnar basalt, fascinating rock formations and enchanting glaciers are all within arm s reach. See Skógafoss waterfall, another 60m high and 25m wide powerful waterfall. We will also drive to glacier Sóheimajökull. It is a safe and easy walk on crampons up onto the ice field - a wonderland of ice sculptures, ridges and deep crevasses, and you will learn about the glacier and the effect of the Eyjafjallajökull eruption in 2010 on the glacier and its surroundings. We will then head to Fosshotel Glacier Lagoon and stay there for 2 nights. Accommodation: Fosshotel Glacier Lagoon DAY FEB (THU) - FOSSHOTEL G.L. JOKULSARLON FOSSHOTEL G.L. Today, a short drive will take us to Vatnajokull, the largest glacier in Europe, which has various tongues flow along steep mountainsides, gently dominating the region s coastline. After a short glacier hike at Skaftafell area we will find ourselves in an ice cave. This is unique and unlike anything else in the world. For 2hrs you will wonder in one or more caves, in blue ice, filled with magical lights. Our next stop is Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, where huge, aqua-blue icebergs dot this mystical space. This area was the setting for the opening scenes of the James Bond film, Die Another Day. Accommodation: Fosshotel Glacier Lagoon DAY FEB (FRI) - FOSSHOTEL G.L. BLUE LAGOON After breakfast, head to Blue Lagoon. En-route we learn about the dramatic volcanic activities and the creation of Iceland throughout thousands of years at the newly opened Iceland Volcano & Earthquake Centre. Then we stop by a lovely fishing village on the way for a short visit and a seafood lunch. After lunch, we drive directly to the Blue Lagoon area. Set amidst a dramatic field of black basalt lava - the powder-blue mineral rich waters are the run-off from a nearby geothermal project with temperatures in this stunning lagoon.
