We can't give a stronger recommendation. We rented decorations for our wedding and were so happy to have rented from here. The service is fantastic, the prices are very competitive, we were very impressed with the service. Also s organization made it so easy and convenient to pick out, pick-up, use and return the rental items. When we visited the store, we had an idea of what we wanted our decorations to look like, but Tami spent a couple hours with us setting up mock-ups to help create our centrepieces and head table decorations until they matched our vision exactly. We were able to take photos of these mock-ups. These photos made it really easy for our family and friends to help us with our reception set-up, and the labeling system on the totes made it really easy to make-sure that all the decoration items made it back to the store. Package Your Way PERSONALIZED TENT PACKAGES 1640 sq ft Hex 34 x 40 with 10 x 20 and 20 x 20 configuration When considering renting tents there are a number of factors that you should consider. Seating at tables is something that should be well thought out. If you are having a sit down dinner then you should have enough chairs at the table to accommodate. At our packages have been calculated to provide a place at the table for everyone. There is limited amount of space and we suggest allowing guest some elbow room. We have also done the calculations that will sit guests comfortably. 72 round table seat 10 60 round table seat 8 8 rectangle table seat 8 6 rectangle table seat 6 At the round tables you can squeeze in more settings and rectangle tables can sit guests at either end of table, but we invite you to our showroom to view what the seating would actually look like and your decision will be an informed one. The extra settings are easy to add to any package you choose. We find not all clients want tent walls so we do not add them to packages, however you do have the option to add tent walls French Window or Solid for an additional price plus a 10% discount The Marquee tents are set up and taken down as part of all rentals. Be sure that you have enough space for tent. If you have a septic field, sprinkler systems or any other underground obstruction, it is important to know their location as the tent pegs are approximately three feet long. Also if there is any overhead obstructions like trees or wires. can provide a site visit for an additional fee. The Dance Floor is the responsibility of the renter to assemble and disassemble. staff can assemble and disassemble the Dance Floor for an additional fee and advanced notice. However, our floor is an easy snap lock system that requires no tools. To set up, first the sub floor must be placed on a level surface, a subfloor helps with levelling and adds spring to dance floor. Then the Dance Floor is placed on top of sub floor. Packages that contain Halogen style lighting, installs for no extra fee. For a reasonable fee we can install café & rope style lighting. A Delivery Fee will applied to all rentals and charges will vary with destination and amount of items. 8
There are many options and decisions when it comes to selecting a tent. We offer a variety of sizes and they all can be joined together to create the perfect space you need. With our expertise and your vision we will guide you through the process. On what kind of surface will the tent be placed? Grass, concrete, asphalt, wood deck? Dimensions of tent site? How much space do you have? How many people do you wish to accommodate and in what configuration? All seated at tables, partial seating, cocktail party setting? What style of tables, round or rectangle? What other items would you like to have under the tent? Buffet, bar, cake table, dance floor, stage, etc.? What time of day will your event take place? Will you need lights and/or heat? Is there a power source at the site? What are your power requirements? Do you wish to enclose any portion of the tent with tent walls? Will you need accessory tents for caterer's prep station, beverage service station, dance floor, or musicians? FAQ Q When should I make my reservation? A To avoid disappointment the sooner the better. Renting is always based upon availability, so it is in your best interest to book as far ahead as possible. Q What is required to reserve my items? A We require a 50% deposit of balance owing to ensure your items are reserved. The security deposit guarantees items are available to you for your rental period. Your booking deposit is applied to the total of your rental bill. For all rentals we require a credit card kept in a encrypted file. Q Are my items reserved without a deposit? A Unfortunately, the ONLY way we can assure item availability is with a deposit. Q When do I pay balance? A The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to rental date. Q How long do I have the items I rent? A 4 Days Rental rates are based on a 4 day rental the day before your event, the day of your event, a day to rest, and returned the next business day following your event. Extra days are available, please call for more information. Q Can I cancel my reservation? A Yes. Additions are welcome, based upon availability. Reductions and cancellations are permitted up 14 days prior to rental date with full refund on amended items. Full rental cost is charged if cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to rental date. Tents and Dance Floors require 30 day notice for refund of deposit. Most clients book their items far in advance, our cancellation period allows us the opportunity to have items available to rent in a timely manner.
