We are reducing the hours in order to reduce labor costs. The closing time can be extended by the bartender when members are present. Our membership participation continues to go down and adjustments needed to be made. Lodge Information: The workmen have finished plastering and painting the 3 rd floor foyer outside the elevator and the 3 rd floor office outer wall. They look great. They are still working in the Lodge Room. We also were approved for $23, 000 to fix the 3 rd floor ladies bathroom walls. We are finally getting something done to this unpleasant area. The roof repair is at a standstill, but will continue soon. To encourage membership, it is will be proposed at the next Lodge meeting that the membership and reinstatement fees be reduced to $5 during the months of March, April & May.
