Please email your student s director prior to the due date if you will be using any or all of your student s trip account. Please email bandboosters@wths.net if you need to confirm the amount (money available) in your student s trip account. Please make checks payable to Warren Township High School, and write the student s name in the Memo field on the check. Please pass this information to anyone (relative) paying for any amount for your student s trip. If you are interested in chaperoning on this trip, please do not make any payment at this time. The directors will send out an email next month for parents to submit their letter of interest. Chaperones will be selected based on some factors: involvement with band program and boosters, and the number of male and female students going, to name a few.
