North Mesa Street (SH 20) will be closed completely under the I-10 overpass. Crews are demolishing the medians, installing pavement, and setting deck panels onto the new I-10 Westbound overpass. [Map 1] I-10 West at Sunland Park Tuesday, May 29 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. the next morning I-10 Westbound will close completely between the Sunland Park exit and entrance ramps. Detour: Motorists on I-10 Westbound will exit at Sunland Park (Exit 13) and immediately re-enter I-10 at the next entrance ramp. Crews will be plugging potholes. [Map 2] I-10 Both Directions at Sunland Park Wednesday, May 30 and Thursday, May 31 9 p.m. each night to 6 a.m. each morning I-10 Eastbound will close completely between the Sunland Park exit and entrance ramps. The Sunland Park Drive flyover ramp to I-10 Eastbound will close. Paisano Drive (US 85), including the entrance ramp to I-10 Eastbound, will close. Crockett Street access to Paisano Drive (US 85) will close. The Resler Drive flyover ramp to I-10 Eastbound will close. Motorists may re-enter I-10 using the Executive Center Boulevard entrance ramp. Crews will be installing underpass lighting, installing concrete pavement, and working on bridge structures. [Map 3] North Desert Boulevard Continuous, 24/7 The following closures are in place 24/7, until further notice North Desert Boulevard is reduced to one lane for approximately 2,000 feet starting at North Mesa Street. The entrance ramp to I-10 Westbound will remain open. Crews are widening North Desert Boulevard. Crews will be creating a temporary traffic lane switch, moving traffic off the westbound lanes of I-10 and onto the new westbound collector-distributor lanes. All closures are subject to change. All closure times are approximate.
